The high definition 7 MP, 180 degree wide field of view IP video camera ( WFOV camera ) shall provide a 180 degree horizontal field of view image without fisheye distortion or artifacts. B. The WFOV camera shall produce panoramic images by synchronizing the 5 image sensors and fusing the output of the image sensors into a continuous 180 field of view. C. The WFOV camera shall employ five (5) 1.3 megapixel CMOS image sensors D. The WFOV camera shall produce two (2) selectable video streams, as follows: 1. A 5120 x 1280 stream at up to 3 fps. 2. A 1280 x 720 stream at up to 15 fps. a. The 1280 x 720 stream shall consist of situational awareness window of at least 1280 x 320 pixels and a 1280 x 400 area allocated for up to 4 zoom windows. E. From the full 5120 x 1280 image, the WFOV camera shall allow the construct and selection of up to four (4) zoom windows. 1. Up to 4 of the zoom windows shall be able to be displayed simultaneously with each other in a 1280 x 400 area contained within a 1280 x 720 stream. F. The WFOV camera shall support overlay text on the camera image to include date/time, camera ID, and user generated information. G. PART 3 EXECUTION 3.01 INSTALLERS A. Contractor personnel shall comply with all applicable state and local licensing requirements. 3.02 PREPARATION A. The network design and configuration shall be reviewed with the Manufacturer for compatibility and performance with the camera(s). B. Network configuration shall be tested and qualified by the Contractor prior to camera installation. 3.03 INSTALLATION A. The Contractor shall follow all Manufacturer s published instruction and operations manuals, bulletins, and guidance. B. Before permanent installation of the system, the system shall be factory tested in conditions simulating the final installed environment 3.04 STORAGE 1. A report indicating successful test results shall be produced. A.
