If it does not meet your requirements or if your insurance requirements change, please let Synergy or your insurance agent know immediately. Synergy will rely on the information provided by you and the accuracy and truthfulness of that information. It is your duty to take reasonable care not to make a misrepresentation before the insurance contract is entered into or varied. If you deliberately or recklessly or carelessly misrepresent any relevant information to Synergy, you may invalidate your policy or your policy may not operate fully. You should read this policy together with your current schedule which gives precise details of the cover. For and on behalf of Synergy Insurance Services (UK) Limited. Emma Bennett Director of Underwriting Page 1 of 80

Introduction In return for payment of the premium shown in the schedule, we agree to insure you, subject to the terms and conditions contained in or endorsed on this policy, against loss or damage you sustain or legal liability you incur for accidents happening during the period of insurance shown in the schedule. The insurance relates ONLY to those sections of the policy which are shown in the schedule as being included. In respect of Sections 1 to 5, the written authority allows Synergy Insurance Services (UK) Limited to sign and issue this wording on behalf of underwriters whose details are shown in the schedule. Underwriters are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). SEVERAL LIABILITY CLAUSE PLEASE NOTE This notice contains important information. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY The liability of an insurer under this contract is several and not joint with other insurers party to this contract. An insurer is liable only for the proportion of liability it has underwritten. An insurer is not jointly liable for the proportion of liability underwritten by any other insurer. Nor is an insurer otherwise responsible for any liability of any other insurer that may underwrite this contract. The proportion of liability under this contract underwritten by an insurer (or, in the case of a Lloyd s syndicate, the total of the proportions underwritten by all the members of the syndicate taken together) is shown in this contract. In the case of a Lloy syndicate, each member of the syndicate (rather than the syndicate itself) is an insurer. Each member has underwritten a proportion of the total shown for the syndicate (that total itself being the total of the proportions underwritten by all the members of the syndicate taken together). The liability of each member of the syndicate is several and not joint with other members. A member is liable only for that member roportion. A member is not jointly liable for any other member roportion. Nor is any member otherwise responsible for any liability of any other insurer that may underwrite this contract. The business address of each member is Lloy s, One Lime Street, London EC3M 7HA. The identity of each member of a Lloy syndicate and their respective proportion may be obtained by writing to Market Services, Lloyd s, at the above address. Although reference is made at various points in this clause to this contract in the singular, where the circumstances so require, this should be read as a reference to contracts in the plural. Treating customers fairly At Synergy Insurance Services we hold our clients interests uppermost in everything we do, from the design of our products to the delivery of the highest possible standard of service we can achieve. We naturally subscribe to and actively follow the FCA's Treating Customers Fairly initiative. If you would like to know more about our client philosophy or if you have any questions or concerns about our products and services, whether before, during, or after the point of sale, please do not hesitate to contact us at Synergy Insurance Services (UK) Limited, Fountain House, 130 Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 5DJ.
