Find them introduced in our price list now. New is the introduction of a small support card of 3 hours. Subscriptions Running subscriptions can be renewed within the subscription period. Expired subscriptions cannot be renewed retroactively. The customer is free to restart with an annual license at any time. Tools for Data Migration The Project License is issued to the customer and can be used in the context of the customer s project only. Support Free Product Support Free product support is available for all supported product versions, for their paid runtime period. Free product support includes questions about download, installation or application issues for the standard product. You reach out to support via e-mail at support@coolorange.com or website http://support.coolorange.com. It includes also free access to the wiki, blog and other sources. Prepaid Support Card The prepaid support card provides customization and development support in form of a set of hours and it is paid in advance. For every 10 hours set one bonus hour is offered for free upon timely payment. coolorange supplies a periodic time report of consumed and remaining hours. Pricing FAQs How will the software be delivered? The software will be delivered as download only. The software can be found on the coolorange website. Download the demo version and activate it with the acquired license. What types of licenses do you offer? Annual License powerjobs, powergate Server and Client, clever and myfile are sold via an Annual License, which allows you to use the software for 12 months. After this period, the license has to be renewed. Perpetual License The products for data migration bcpdevkit, bcpchecker, vaultruler, dataloader are sold via a Perpetual License. It entitles the buyer to use the purchased version as long as he likes! Support, bug fixes and enhancements are granted for the supported lifespan. For bcpdevkit, bcpchecker, vaultruler, dataloader, we offer two different forms of perpetual license: The Project License is issued to the customer and can be used in the context of the customer s project only. The Flat Rate License is issued to the reseller and entitles the reseller to an unlimited use. How can I pay for the purchased software? The payment can be done via bank wire, PayPal or credit card (via PayPal). The account information can be found on the invoice. What is the payment period? The payment has to be settled within 15 days after the invoice date. How can I purchase the software? You can place your order through your trusted reseller, or alternatively via our purchase order form available on our website. Further information can be found on the order form. Do I have the right to return the product after purchase? You will have much opportunity to deeply test our products via the trial versions before deciding to purchase. After the purchase, you receive a non-refundable license. Can I have the software delivered on a hardware media like a CD-Rom? The software will be delivered as download only. Who can I contact for questions about my order? You can send your questions via email to sales@coolorange.com. How can I buy an upgrade? If you have an annual license, you don t have to buy any upgrades. Your yearly payment entitles you to get all upgrades for free. What happens if I m an existing subscription customer? If you own a perpetual license and according subscription, your subscription program will continue as it is. Your subscription has a duration of 12 months and entitles you to upgrade to the next version. You can renew your subscription within expiration date, even for several years in advance if requested. What happens if my subscription expires? You can renew your subscription within expiration date. If the subscription expires, it will be closed. You can switch to the annual license anytime. Will I be informed when my subscription is expiring? You ll find the expiration date on your license document. Moreover, the reseller, (and in case of direct purchase the customer), will get several email alerts up from 90 days before the expiration. For any questions get in touch with sales@coolorange.com. Where can I download updates for my product? Updates are made available on the coolorange website. Will I be informed if a new version of the product is available? Yes, if your contact information was communicated to coolorange at the time of purchase, we will inform you via email as soon as a relevant new version is available. When will the upgrade to the new version be made available? We usually try to provide upgrades within 6 weeks after Autodesk s product release. Why does the product version not correspond with the current calendar year? The coolorange product s version is aligned with the Autodesk product s version. Will the license be backward compatible? Yes, the license allows you to activate earlier versions of the product. How long does it take to get the license for the product purchase? You will get the license usually within 24 hours (business day, CET, except of public holidays) after your order has been placed. How can I activate my software? You enter the serial number you received with the license in the activation window. The activation is done automatically via Internet and can be done anytime. Alternatively, a manual activation via email is possible, which will be processed within 24 hours (business day, CET, except of public holidays). I ordered but did not receive my licenses yet. Who can I contact? You can send your questions via email to sales@coolorange.com. I cannot find my license document. What can I do? You can send your request via email to sales@coolorange.com. How can I learn to use the products? Every product comes with an online help that describes basic and advanced features. Further information can be found on our wiki. How long does the trial version work? The limitation of the trial version varies between products. Some products are fully functional but limited for 30 days. Other products have no time limit, but functional limitations. Can I activate the trial version? Yes, the trial version can be activated with the purchased serial number and becomes fully functional. Can I activate the trial version after the trial has expired? Yes, the activation can be done anytime, before or after trial period expiration. Where can I find the product documentation? You can find the complete documentation for each product on our wiki http://www.coolorange.com/wiki Do I have support? Yes, you can get support from your trusted reseller or coolorange. See details on the price list. Can the purchased software be customized to my personal needs? Some products are suited to be customized; other products are meant to be as they are. For the customizable products, you can get services and help from your reseller or coolorange. However, feedback and suggestions for improvement are always welcome.
