Installation Overview NexTalk s SimpliciTTY TTY Call Management Software allows call center agents to receive incoming TTY calls from their deaf or hard of hearing customers in the same manner they receive voice calls. The system consists of two versions of the software, the server version (which can be located on the local server or hosted on NexTalk servers), and the agent version, which is located on the computers of call center agents. These two versions of the software work in concert to receive, validate and route incoming TTY calls to the desired location.
