BONIFIKA GOLD I. CHARACTERISTICS A. THE CARD Bonifika Gold, the credit card proposed by SGBL, allows its holder to benefit from a credit of up to the limit of the card. The credit is reimbursed in monthly payments that vary between 5%, 10% and 100% of the total amount of utilization. Every reimbursement is added to the available limit of the credit. The applicable debit interest rates on this card are: transaction Annual debit interest rate Purchase 18% Withdrawal 20% Bonifika allows the cardholder to make: Purchases at all merchants displaying Visa / MasterCard logo in Lebanon and abroad. Withdrawals from any Visa / MasterCard ATM network around the world. Useful tip: Sign immediately the back of the card upon reception and keep it safe. CARD VALIDITY The card is valid until the last day of the month indicated on its front side. It will be automatically renewed except notification of the client, to allow its holder to benefit continuously from all services. The cardholder can get the renewed card 1 month prior to the expiration date of the currently held card. CARD LIMITS Upon subscription the bank defines card s limits; the cardholder s expenditures should not exceed the maximum limit of the card. The penalty for exceeding the limit is USD 20 and will be at the cardholder s charge. Bonifika Gold limit depends on the client s financial capacity, with a minimum of USD 3,000. CAPACITY OF PURCHASE AND WITHDRAWAL Bonifika card allows its holder to make purchases and withdrawals in the limits of the card as well as the card transaction ceilings. Purchase and withdrawal ceilings of Bonifika card in USD are: Frequency Bonifika Gold Purchase Withdrawal Daily 5,000 2,500 Weekly 15,000 2,500 Useful tips: The cardholder should verify with his personal banker, prior to every important purchase / withdrawal he intends to make, that his payment and withdrawal card limits are sufficient. Modification of weekly or daily parameters may be requested from the personal banker at any time (the modification takes effect in the following 24 hours). 3/8

PIN CODE Mandatory for all transactions, the PIN code is a security guarantee. Useful tips: The PIN is personal. No one is entitled to ask for it: neither legal authorities, nor SGBL or Visa or MasterCard. It should be memorized and the document on which it was delivered should be destroyed. If a PIN code is forgotten, a new one may be requested at the branch. The card and its secret code should never be kept together. FEES Description Fees in USD Principal card / Renewal 80 Additional card 60 Replacement card in case of loss 30 The card price is deducted from the account upon card issuance. Every year at the month of the card issuance anniversary, the renewal fee of Bonifika card will be debited from the account. B. PAYMENTS, WITHDRAWALS AND MINIMUM DUE Purchases and withdrawals made with Bonifika card, as well as the fees and commissions, are directly debited from the available balance of Bonifika account. The minimum due amount depends on the percentage of reimbursement defined with the personal banker upon subscription (5%, 10% or 100%). The cardholder must pay the minimum due amount between the 25 th of the month and the 5 th of the following month, which allows the cardholder to benefit from a grace period up to 40 days. Steps to follow for payments: Bonifika cardholder gives the card to the merchant The card is inserted into the chip card reader and the payment is validated by entering the PIN code and signing the payment receipt given by the merchant. Commissions on withdrawals: ATM commission SGBL Free of charge BLF USD 1 Other (local and international) 1% with a minimum of USD 5 C. CARD MALFUNCTIONING In the event of card malfunctioning, the Card Service will advise and assist the cardholder to put the problem in order in the shortest delays. 4/8

D. CARD LOSS OR THEFT In the event of theft or loss of Bonifika card, or if the card has been retained by the automated teller machine (ATM), it should be stopped immediately: The cardholder should call SGBL card authorization center opened 24/24: - From Lebanon: 1274 or +961 1 489 583 - From abroad: + 961 3 477 777 or +961 1 489 583 The branch should be notified by phone, telegram or fax and a written confirmation should be immediately sent. A stolen card should be declared to the police. A copy of the theft declaration should be provided to the branch. P.S: Following the notification, the cardholder is immediately released from any liability towards all subsequent transactions, except the ones requiring the use of a PIN code. Replacement costs resulting from the opposition of the card will be at the cardholder s charge. The cardholder should not try to use his Bonifika card if found after loss/theft notification, because it would have been cancelled. It should be destroyed and returned to SGBL branch. II. ASSISTANCE & LIFE INSURANCE SERVICES Bonifika cardholder benefits from life insurance and assistance services during his travels outside his main country of residence, as long as his card is valid and when the card is used to fully pay: Ticket for public transportation (by air, land or water) Car rental ASSISTANCE Contract subscribed by SOCIETE GENERALE DE BANQUE AU LIBAN SAL (SGBL) through GRAS SAVOYE LIBAN SAL, with ALLIANZ SNA SAL representative of Mondial Assistance in Lebanon. The Bonifika cardholder, his spouse and dependent children of less than 25 years of age, are covered in case of illness or death that occurs during a travel outside Lebanon, for a period not exceeding 90 days. In case the cardholder stops the card further to a loss or a theft, the guarantee of assistance is not interrupted. 2. If the mean of transportation from Lebanon has not been settled with Bonifika card, the rental of a vehicle abroad, doesn t guarantee the travel assistance coverage. In this case, the cardholder benefits from the assistance coverage only further to an accident arisen with the rented vehicle. LIFE INSURANCE Contract subscribed by SGBL - SOCIETE GENERALE DE BANQUE AU LIBAN SAL with SOGECAP LIBAN SAL. GUARANTEE OBJECTIVE The insurance guarantees indemnity payment to the beneficiary, in case of accident that occurs during a guaranteed travel or trip abroad, if the insured age is less than : 75 years old, in case of death (occurring during the 100 days following the accident date). 65 years old in case of permanent partial or total disability of the insured. 6/8

Are guaranteed: The «round trip» from Lebanon. Possible interruptions occurring during the trip (correspondence, transit ). The way to directly access to the departure place of the mean of transportation. The way to move directly from the place of arrival of the mean of transportation, to the final destination, noting that: - In case of acquisition of the ticket immediately prior to the trip with the card, the guarantee is applied from the time of acquisition. - Regarding season tickets for public transportation, the guarantee is applied exclusively during the time of transport. Any trip abroad made by a mean of transportation settled with the Bonifika card. Excluded from the guarantee are only the accidents caused by: Willful misconduct Suicide attempt or voluntary mutilation Natural disasters Atomic risks and nuclear radiation Drunkenness The use of drugs, narcotics and tranquilizers, not medically prescribed The active participation of the insured to strikes, riots, popular movements, fights, and acts of terrorism or sabotage, knowing that the guarantee is granted in case of hostage taking or hijacking. Races of motor vehicles Civil or foreign war Piloting and air sports BENEFICIARIES OF THE GUARANTEE In case of death: the surviving spouse of the insured, not separated nor divorced or in default the legal successors of the insured. In case of permanent disability: the insured himself. EXPENSES CONTROL AND TRACKING Many means are available for expenses control and tracking: SMS SECUSPEND This service allows the cardholder immediate track of his card transactions: SMS track of card transactions at any time. Alert in case of fraudulent use of card (theft or loss) to stop it immediately. Service available with Bonifika card at a low monthly fee of USD 1 esgbl Online banking service esgbl allows tracking of expenses made with Bonifika card, in «Credit card details» section. MONTHLY CARD STATEMENT A free monthly card statement is available at the branch the 28 th of each month to allow the cardholder to track all payment and withdrawal transactions made with Bonifika card, in Lebanon and abroad. P.S: Payment receipts should always be kept, in order to compare them with the monthly card statement. 8/8
