DOC 486 F00X-E-1.0-KBA Short Manual Sensor Calibration at BlueBox Wireless Sensor System Overview WSS The sensor wireless modules transmit the sensor measurements to the basis wireless modules. The basis wireless modules are connected to the BlueBox via CAN-bus. GO Systemelektronik GmbH Faluner Weg 1 24109 Kiel Germany Tel.: +49(0)431-58080-0 Fax: -58080-11 Page 1 / 7
Many sensors at the BlueBox can be calibrated by the user. Possibilities are a one-point calibration (e.g. oxygen) or a two-point calibration (e.g. value). There are six ways to calibrate sensors, that are connected with a wireless module 1. Calibration at the BlueBox with the sensor nearby The sensor radio module has been carried to the BlueBox. The calibration values are entered at the BlueBox display. Example two-point calibration: 1. Messwer 1.Value t [2798] 7.2 2. Messwer 2. Value t [2522] 9.0 See Manual BlueBox 8.2.3.2 Calibration and 8.2.3.6 Selection calibration mode. 2. Calibration at the BlueBox with two people on remote call (e.g. with mobile phone) The calibration values are entered at the BlueBox display. Example two-point calibration: 1. Messwer 1.Value t [2798] 7.2 2. Messwer 2. Value t [2522] 9.0 See Manual BlueBox 8.2.3.2 Calibration and 8.2.3.6 Selection calibration mode. 3. Calibration with the BlueBox AMS software on a PC or notebook via a WLAN connection Precondition: BlueBox and PC/Notebook are in the same WLAN network. Using the BlueBox AMS software, the calibration values are entered on the notebook. Via a WLAN connection the calibration data are transmitted to the BlueBox and respectively the wireless module. Open the AMS* sensor setup window. If the sensor can be calibrated, then there is the Re-Button visible, on mouseclick a value input window opens. See also User Manual BlueBox PC Software. Advanced Managing Software provides wide possibilities for processing und setup of sensors and actuators. 4. Calibration with the BlueBox AMS software with the BlueGate server gateway via UMTS or WLAN on a PC or Notebook Using the BlueBox AMS software, the calibration values are entered on the notebook. Via a UMTS connection the calibration data are transmitted to the BlueBox and respectively the wireless module. Open the AMS* sensor setup window. If the sensor can be calibrated, then there is the Re-Button visible, on mouseclick a value input window opens. See also User Manual BlueBox PC Software. 5. Calibration via a WLAN connection at an Android device with the AMS Android app from GO Systemelektronik, which is running on mobile phones and tablet PCs. Precondition: BlueBox and Android device are in the same WLAN network. Available from 3rd quarter of 2013. 6. Calibration with the BlueGate server gateway via UMTS or WLAN connection at an Android device with the AMS* Android app from GO Systemelektronik, which is running on mobile phones and tablet PCs.
