SIGNS & DECALS The variety of necessary signs and decals are virtually endless. From a crucial label that requires the smallest detail, to a message that spans several hundred square feet...we get it done. INSTALLATION SERVICES SIGN & GRAPHIC CARE TIPS Great design, and precision manufacturing are a necessary start to any project... but the final result is only as good as the installation! Applying vinyl products to any surface (flat or complex) is more than a trade... it is an art form! Our professionally trained installers are the best in the business and are available to you anywhere in Canada. Care for your vehicle graphics like you would any fine paint finish. Pressure sensative materials strenghthen their bond overtime. Avoid washing your graphics for 4-7 days after your installation. Small bubbles will dissapate within a few days. Do not poke or cut the graphic.perforated window film with optically clear over laminate has less surface area and therfore has a shorter life span. Do not use the vehicles wiper blade on these areas. Keep pressure wash nozzles at least 36 away (914 mm) 1.Wash Regularly: -Use a wet, non-abrasive detergent such as 3M Car Wash Soap 39000 or Meguiar s NXT Generation Car Wash or Deep Crystal Car Wash and a soft, clean cloth or sponge. -Rinse thoroughly with clean water. To reduce water spotting, immediately use a silicone squeegee to remove water and finish with a clean microfiber cloth. Full building wrap 30ft Vehicle Decals 2.Do not use automated car washes: Although hand washing is the preferred cleaning method, pressure washing may be used under these conditions: -Ensure the water pressure is kept below 2000 psi (14 MPa). -Keep water temperature below 80 C (180 F). -Use a spray nozzle with a 40 degree wide angle spray pattern. -Keep the nozzle at least 1 foot (300 mm) away from and perpendicular (at 90 degrees) to the graphic 3. Film restoration: -Do not use any abrasive polishes or cutting compounds. -Do not use any polishing or wax products on matte or textured films.
