Consultations - Assessment Cervical cancer screening Includes consultation, smear and HPV screening, written report of test results. Payment terms Payments must be made in full before consultation, investigations and/or procedures. If privately insured the insurance details including policy number and authorisation number have to be provided at the time of booking. Please note that there may be shortfalls and these remain patient s liability. If the acount remains unpaid and it is passed to third party for collection a 20% fee will be added to cover the administrative and collection costs. There is no charge for payments made by BACS or debit card. Payments made by credit card are subject to an admin fee of 2.5%.
