Based on early selling goods are programmed for 2nd cutting Credit and term agreements are made Inventory is entered and invoices are made Based on terms orders are picked and shipped Events and Promotions are presented to stores Reviews events and holiday and programs promotions in accordance Any in store signage and advertisement is reviewed with V.M. Dept. Fabric & Trim Sourcing Plans production time and makes samples Costing is estimated Budget is approved by Financial dept. Costing is approved Allocates production time Buys fabric Makes road rep samples Costing and technical designs are done Groups are reworked after selling Evaluates display performance Payment is received Margins are reviewed Special request from the retailers are reviewed Support is given to stores in accordance to orders under the direction of the sales manager.
