Once successful, you will be contacted by the Market Manager and invited for a trial day where your stall will be assessed and the Market Manager can answer all of your questions about facilities and setting up times. Please note that we do not operate on a first come first served basis. The Market Office operates every week from Thursday to Saturday only, between 9am and 5pm. About The Market Acton Market is run by Action Acton, regeneration charity and voluntary body delivering a wide range of community, economic and business initiatives. The Market is located in the centre of Acton Town, The Mount/King Street, Acton, W3 9NW (off Acton High Street) outside the Morrison s Supermarket and Main Post Office. Trading days are every Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 10am to 5pm. What we are looking for At your initial assessment the Market Manager will be looking for: Uniqueness of product Informative and original display Ethical sourcing/manufacturing process (e.g. recycled products, fair trade) Interaction of stall and stallholder with Acton Market and the public Informed salesmanship (full knowledge of the process involved in bringing the product to the market) Stall fees Market stall fees vary depending on the space size and are payable on the day. Please note there are no upfront charges. Currently the fees are: Single stall structure (2mx2m with 1 trestle table): 15.00 per day Double stall structure (4m x 2m with 2 trestle tables): 25.00 per day We also have limited pitch spaces available charged at 5.00 per metre.

Stall structures We provide a covered stall structure 4m wide and 2m deep with 2 trestle tables (2m x 1m each). Standard stall allocation per trader is a half canopy (2mx 2m) with 1 table Power points: Each stall is supplied with a 13amp household socket. Please note this is for the lighting only. The power limit per stall is 100W- we recommend using low energy light bulbs. Food traders need to discuss their power requirements with the Market Manager.
