He represents a diverse group of clients in a wide range of subject areas, including health care, antitrust, corporate governance, business torts, real estate, class action defense, entertainment, labor, sports, and unfair competition. Parry also represents clients in administrative proceedings before state regulatory agencies, including the California Department of Health Services, California Department of Managed Health Care, California Department of Corporations and California Franchise Tax Board. He is well versed in arbitration, mediation and alternative dispute resolution. Particularly adept in high stakes cases, Parry successfully defended the United States Olympic Committee in a constitutional due process challenge arising from the enforcement of drug testing policies and procedures.
