General & Property Office Liability General Liability Insurance provides coverage for all liability exposures unless specifically excluded. Liability exposure can include: Libel, slander, injury, damage to other s property while on premises and much more. Liability coverage section of a Commercial General Liability Policy (CGL) provides for separate limits of coverage for general liability, fire legal liability, products and completed operations liability, advertising and personal liability, and medical payments. Property Insurance provides coverage for physical damage to all the owned business property at any insured location. Coverage includes physical property such as; A owned building (Office Building, Condo, Retail Shop, house) Desk, Chairs, art work, computers, marketing materials. We provide additional coverage for accounts receivable, electronics/data equipment, boiler & machinery, convention center coverage, equipment breakdown coverage, business income and extra expense coverage and many more.(automatic limits are shown on Page 2)

Limits Below are some of the Highlights of our Travelers Product: $2 million per occurrence/ $4 million aggregate available for Liability Coverage Replacement Cost No coinsurance Additional Coverage and Coverage Extension ( in Addition to Limits of Liability) Arson & Theft Reward up to 5, 000 Claim Data Expense up to 5, 0000 Employee Dishonesty up to 25,000 and limit can be increased Fine Arts up to 25, 000 Fire Department Service Charge up to 25,000 Newly Acquired or constructed Property (building up to 500,000 and business property up to 250,000 up to 180 days) Pollutant Cleanup and Removal up to 25,000 annual aggregate Forgery & Alteration up to 25,000 Ordinance or Law up to a combined 25,000 Temporary Relocation of Premises up to $50,000 for property removed from premises for up to 90 days Water Damage, other liquids, Powder or Molten Material Damage pays cost related to accessing the source of damage

Coverage Extensions Provided within the limits of Insurance Accounts Receivable up to $25,000 on and off premises (on premises can be increased) Appurtenant Building and Structures up to $50,000 Building Glass for building owners or tenant, property deductible applies with option for glass-specific deductible Business Income and Extra Expense Newly Acquired Premises up to $250,000 for up to 90 days Business Personal Property off Premises coverage applies in transit, temporarily at premises you do not own, lease, or operate and/or at any fair, trade show or exhibit Civil Authority extends business income and extra expense coverage beginning after a 24 hour waiting period for up to 3 consecutive weeks Electronic Data Processing included up to Business Personal Property limit, subject to a maximum of $50,000 and can be increased - Worldwide Coverage (limited exclusions artificial electricity, breakdown and off-premises power failure are covered - up to $25,000 for transit/off premises, newly acquired EDP, backup data off premises, electronic vandalism. Equipment Breakdown included -$100,000 limit applies to breakdown of diagnostic equipment, power generating equipment or production equipment limit can be increased -$25,000 for pollutant contamination & expediting expenses

ERISA Welfare and Pension include employee benefit plans sponsored by the Insured.
