AROMATHERAPY : The Definition & its beginning Aromatherapy is an art and science of utilizing naturally extracted aromatic essences from plants to bring in balance among body mind and soul History goes as far back as 10,000 B.C where carvings depicting the distillation of herbs, woods, and flowers have been found Greeks, Romans, Egyptians, Indian, Chinese, and Persians have been known to have used plant extracts for diverse use.
