His experience includes national coordinating counsel in mass tort litigation, securities fraud litigation and contract negotiations on behalf of sports figures. In 2012, he served as Chair of the 25,000-member Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association. In 2013, he was elected to the Executive Committee of the Union Internationale des Avocats headquartered in Paris, France. Mr. Aliment has represented clients in numerous state and federal courts and administrative bodies in several states and Canada. He has also represented clients involved in commercial transactions in Europe, the Middle East, China, and Japan. He collaborates extensively as a Foreign Consultant to the firm s Chinese affiliate Duan & Duan in his representation of US and Chinese entities in various transactions, agreements and joint ventures.
