Church of England Dioceses Google Business Photos Agreeent Overview This agreeent is between the listed Trusted Google Photographer's (attached) and the Church of England Dioceses, Churches and other offices requiring the Google Business Photo and virtual tour package. Chris Jones fro LeicesterPhoto Design has negotiated this agreeent with several Dioceses and Phillip Hind fro 'A Church Near You' to give the Church of England Dioceses transparent reduced pricing fro the listed photographers to cover all their Dioceses and Churches throughout England. The professional listed photographers will also adhere to the required standards which have been agreed in this agreeent. Pricing Agreeent The prices below will be offered by the listed photographers to cover all Dioceses and Churches in England. 20-30 Panoraa Church 399 Average Sized Church 11-19 Panoraa Church 349 Sall Church upto 10 Panoraa Church 299 Sall Chapels These prices are all inclusive, with travel, the virtual tour and also a static pack of iages for the Churches own usage which they will own copyright on. There are facilities to coplete larger tours than the noral 30 panoraas, if this is required by the client they will agree a price with their photographer before the shoot. There ay be further reductions should a Benefice or Diocese want a nuber of churches copleted which can be copleted on the sae day. Reductions for a 'day rate' will be decided by the photographer covering the area and the Diocese/Benefice concerned. Note that VAT will be added by those photographers that are VAT registered on top of the above prices.
The Google Photographers The photographers chosen to give coverage have wide experience of photography and the Google virtual tours and are fully certified by Google to offer this service. They all have the following Public Liability Insurance Fully Certified Google Photographers with proven track record Google ID Card with photo and details of photographer (soe are awaiting their IDs) Will work to the agreed security protocol - see below Agree to the National pricing structure as above Church Security The security of our Churches and their contents is iportant to all of us. Therefore we have agreed a list of points that will be taken into account by the photographer upon visiting a church; Any internal caeras/alars will be blurred in shoot Collection boxes/wall safes ust be reoved or covered or not in shoot Valuable artefacts or etals should be reoved or covered before shoot Locks/security devices will be blurred Churches are responsible to ensure their insurers have no issues with a virtual tour (see note below) The photographer will also ask if there is any area that they do not require on the tour and anything specific they would like on the virtual tour such as a onuent etc. Sion Willcock fro Ecclesiastical Insurance has been asked about the Google Tours and as long as the points above are taken into account there should be no issues.
Ordering a Tour and Payent The Diocese or church will order a tour either through their appointed Google Photographer listed below or through LeicesterPhoto Design who will designate their local photographer. The photographer will confir price to client as agreed above and the photographer and the client will sign the Google Business Photo Agreeent. Payent is usually 30 days after photography booked date. This agreeent brings a transparent National pricing structure at reduced rates for the Church of England Diocese so that they can benefit fro this new technology fro the top perforing Google Photographers in the country. Chris Jones and LeicesterPhoto Design will not be held responsible for any errors or oissions in this agreeent. Also please note that the legal contract will be between the listed photographer and the client in all atters as per the Google Business Photo Ters and Conditions. Should a listed photographer not perfor to the expected professionalis or give satisfactory results they will be reoved fro the listed photographers for this project.
