7. THE POTENTIAL CONCEPTION MOMENTS FOR PARTNER Rules by Lilly Consider the fifth house, then the eleventh and the first. If in these houses you find fruitful planets in prolific signs, the children are promised. In Steven's chart, there is fruitful Jupiter in the first house in a mediocre sign of Aries. So indications are mixed. The Lord of the Fifth is the Moon, it is a fertile planet situated in an infertile sign Virgo, and again indications are mixed. After considering all the factors of Steven's chart, we came to a conclusion that although he doesn't have some strong indications of fertility, he can potentially conceive a child with the use of proper timing.
