I. CEO Commitment Letter DST is committed to developing dynamic business relationships and providing maximum practicable opportunities to small and diverse business enterprises that can offer quality and competitive products and services- including businesses that are minority owned, veteran owned, service disabled veteran owned, HUB Zone, disadvantaged, and women owned. To accomplish this, DST encourages Program Managers and Business Unit Leaders to work closely with Global Procurement to identify and add qualified small and diverse businesses to our supplier base so that they are provided with meaningful opportunities to compete for our business. As a global company, DST recognizes that purchasing goods and services from qualified small and diverse suppliers is one of the ways we can support small businesses in the communities where we live and work. We believe that supporting the goals of small and diverse businesses results in the continuous improvement of our supply chain, the expansion of our markets and the overall economic success of our customers, suppliers, and communities. II. Chief Procurement Officer Message One of Global Procurement s primary initiatives for 2015 is the Supplier Diversity/Small Business Program. Through the increased interaction between Global Procurement, the new Supplier Diversity Forum/Committee, and the Supplier Diversity team, we are pleased to implement DST s small business and supplier diversity program initiatives. Our Supplier Diversity/Small Business Program will support of corporate and internal business requirements and business development goals. DST is dedicated to the success of small businesses and to promoting economic growth in diverse communities by supporting small business/diverse suppliers to do business with DST. We recognize the contributions and value that locally based suppliers add to our enterprise and to the communities in which we operate. In addition to our Supplier Diversity Program in the US, we support initiatives for locally based suppliers in international locations where DST does business. We are proud that DST is contributing to the success of small, local, minority owned, veteran owned, historically under-utilized business zone owned, disadvantaged, LGBT, and women owned businesses and we look forward to continuing this work in the future. III. DST Supplier Diversity Policy/Statement DST is committed to developing valuable supplier relationships with minority-owned, woman-owned, disadvantaged, HUB Zone, LGBT-owned, veteran-owned, and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. Our policy is to include diverse suppliers in our sourcing efforts to meet client and business needs. DST as a global organization and Global Procurement are expected to adhere to this policy by integrating supplier diversity into their business strategies, making good faith efforts to include diverse suppliers in sourcing events, and improving our spend with diverse suppliers. DST complies with all local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations regarding the utilization of diverse suppliers. - 6 -

DST Supplier Diversity Program Supplier Diversity Training DST Supplier Diversity Forum/Committee Outreach: KC supplier diversity round table, Chambers of Commerce, and regional supplier diversity council DST Supplier Diversity Registration Reporting of diverse supplier and diverse spend data DST requires diverse suppliers to register to be a supplier for DST by going to our external site: www.dstsystems.com/investor-center/diverse-supplier-registration.html. DST requires suppliers to submit a self-certification form that identifies the business as diverse in order to be classified as such in DST spend reporting. DST also encourages qualified diverse suppliers to obtain third party certification from any regional organization affiliated with National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC ), Women s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) or the Small Business Administration (SBA). The DST Global Procurement Senior Leadership Team and the Supplier Diversity Committee are responsible for outreach and supplier diversity events as well as researching, recruiting, and developing relationships with qualified, certified suppliers from these sources. Diverse suppliers will be given equal consideration against larger or more established competitors. Global Procurement will report annually to the regional supplier diversity council and the SBA as needed on DST s voluntary commitments and supplier diversity goals. - 7 -
