When do these Terms and Conditions apply to me? You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions when you or an Additional Cardholder first use or activate a Card or authorise a transaction on your Account. You agree that these Terms and Conditions apply to any Macquarie Reward Points you or any Additional Cardholder earn by using a Card. The use of your Card is also subject to separate Conditions of Use which were provided with your Card. Some of the words used in these Terms and Conditions are defined in the Conditions of Use. 2. How does the Macquarie Rewards Program work? 2.1 How do I earn Macquarie Reward Points? You will earn Macquarie Reward Points for each Australian dollar amount of eligible Purchases made on your Account (rounded up or down to the nearest whole dollar value of the eligible Purchase) in each Statement Period as detailed on our website macquarie.com/au/personal/credit-cards or if you call us on 1300 150 300. Any changes will be communicated in accordance with section 3.5 below. You may also receive additional bonus Macquarie Reward Points in connection with Special Promotions offered from time to time. We may change the way you earn Macquarie Reward Points from time to time. We will try to give you adequate notice of any change. Bonus partners, redemption partners and special offers may also change from time to time and we will try to give you adequate notice of any material changes and you can refer to our website for current details at any time. Macquarie Reward Points will be automatically credited to your Account. Points accrued on eligible Purchases made on your Account by Additional Cardholders belong to you, not to any Additional Cardholders. How long do I have to use my Macquarie 2.2 Rewards Points? Your Macquarie Reward Points will not expire as long as your Account is open and operates in accordance with the Conditions of Use. If you no longer hold your Account for any reason (including Account closure), your participation in the Macquarie Rewards Program is automatically cancelled and all Macquarie Reward Points not redeemed are forfeited unless redeemed within any time period specified by us. Your Macquarie Reward Points may not be transferred to another person for any reason. 2.3 What rewards are available to me? Rewards are subject to availability but we will inform you via our website regarding the rewards that may be available at any time and any specific conditions on which rewards are available. All gift cards, vouchers and certificates are subject to the standard terms and conditions and expiry dates of the participating redemption partner. 2.4 How do I redeem a reward? You can redeem a reward by contacting the Macquarie Rewards Centre or through the Macquarie Rewards website. You may only claim a reward if you have sufficient Macquarie Reward Points. Your right to redeem rewards may not be transferred to another person, including an Additional Cardholder. You may redeem selected rewards by using Points Plus Pay. To redeem a reward by using Points Plus Pay you will need to accumulate the required number of Macquarie Reward Points and pay the required top up amount by using your Card. If you redeem a reward, you cannot change or cancel that redemption nor can you exchange or return a reward to obtain a re-credit of the relevant Macquarie Reward Points. Certain rewards may require you to pay a delivery charge. To find out if there will be a delivery charge associated with your redemption contact the Macquarie Rewards Centre. Allow up to 28 days for processing and delivery of all rewards redemptions. We may, at any time, and without notice, withdraw or substitute any reward for another reward or alter the number of Macquarie Reward Points required to claim a reward. How do I keep track of my Macquarie Reward 2.5 Points and reward entitlements? You can review your Macquarie Rewards statement at macquariebankrewards.com.au, or you can contact the Macquarie Rewards Centre to find out your current Macquarie Reward Points balance. Alternatively, your Macquarie Reward Points balance will be available on your monthly Card statement. Macquarie Reward Points can be used to redeem rewards as soon as they have been processed and have been added to your Macquarie Reward Points record. Is there a limit to the amount of Macquarie 2.6 Reward Points that I can earn? We may, at our absolute discretion, choose to limit the maximum number of Macquarie Reward Points that may be awarded in any one Statement Period or any one year (which commences on Account opening or the anniversary of Account opening, as the case may be). Any limit is detailed on our website at macquarie.com/au/personal/credit-cards or available if you call us on 1300 150 300. Macquarie Reward Points themselves do not 2.7 have monetary value? Macquarie Reward Points do not have any monetary value. Macquarie Reward Points and rewards may not be transferred, sold, bequeathed or inherited. Macquarie Reward Points can only be redeemed for rewards and are not convertible into cash, except where we specifically offer a cashback redemption option. Macquarie Reward Points are only used to record your entitlement to redeem a reward. Additional reward opportunities for Macquarie 2.8 Black and Platinum Accountholders? Macquarie Black and Platinum Cardholders are also entitled to participate in MyCurrency rewards, subject to the qualifications set out in these Terms and Conditions. To be eligible a Cardholder must have a minimum of 150,000 Macquarie Reward Points available in their rewards account and the value of the item requested needs to be a minimum of $1,000. We will use our best endeavours to attempt to source any item reasonably requested as part of MyCurrency rewards. When using MyCurrency rewards, you will need to provide to us details of your redemption request. If, in our sole discretion, we are able to fulfil your request we will tell you the supplier, the estimated delivery time and the cost (in Macquarie Reward Points or payment and Macquarie Reward Points combined by using Points Plus Pay). We may, in our absolute discretion, not source any request for a reward which is not consistent with our corporate standards or cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability or is deemed not appropriate as a reward. 3. Administration 3.1 How do I communicate with you? You can contact us by calling the Macquarie Rewards Centre on 1300 653 192. We will write to you at your postal address or email address. Please ensure you inform Macquarie Card Services on 1300 150 300 if you change your address or email address. 3.2 How do I claim missing Macquarie Reward Points? For matters regarding missing Macquarie Reward Points, call the Macquarie Rewards Centre. Disputes about missing Macquarie Reward Points will not be accepted more than three months after the date of the relevant Transaction. Are there situations where we will not award 3.3 Macquarie Reward Points? Macquarie Reward Points are not earned in respect of the following amounts that may be charged to your Account: GST and government charges interest and other bank fees and charges (including any GST payable on any of these) Cash Advances Special Promotions such as balance transfers Transactions made in operating a business or in connection with business expenditure Transactions that are reversed (refunds) Payments for credit card protection insurance. Spending on these items on your Card will not be eligible Purchases. We reserve the right to suspend or exclude you from participation or continuing to participate in the Macquarie Rewards Program if: i. you are in breach of the Conditions of Use or these Macquarie Rewards Program Terms and Conditions ii. your Account is suspended, cancelled or terminated. In this event, your Macquarie Reward Points balance will show as nil. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, you will continue to accrue Macquarie Reward Points on your Account during this period. We may adjust your total Macquarie Reward Points (backdating the adjustment if necessary) if Macquarie Reward Points have been incorrectly credited or debited for any reason. We will advise you of any adjustment in your next statement. 4 5

3.4 My responsibility to pay any costs? You are responsible to pay for any tax liability (including any GST that may be payable), stamp duty or other duty or government charges in connection with the receipt of Macquarie Reward Points or a reward. 3.5 Changes to the Macquarie Rewards Program? Acting reasonably, we may, at any time, and without notice, vary the Macquarie Rewards Program and/or these Terms and Conditions. We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions, Macquarie Reward Points and any applicable fees, including changes to: add, withdraw or substitute any other benefit offered from time to time alter the earn rate of Macquarie Reward Points in relation to eligible Purchases alter the limit of Macquarie Reward Points that may be earned alter the fees payable under the Macquarie Rewards Program. If we make changes to these Terms and Conditions we will use our best efforts to give you at least 30 days written notice. If you are not satisfied with any change or variation to the Macquarie Rewards Program or for any other reason want to withdraw from the Macquarie Rewards Program, you may terminate your participation in the Macquarie Rewards Program immediately by giving us notice to that effect in writing, or by contacting the Macquarie Rewards Centre. If it is not reasonably possible to provide you with the notice period of any changes above (for example if regulatory requirements require us to make changes immediately), we will provide you as much notice as we reasonably can. The most up to date version of these Terms and Conditions are always available at macquarie.com/au/personal/credit-cards/ expertise/forms-and-brochures, or upon request to us. Termination or suspension of the Macquarie 3.6 Rewards Program We may discontinue the Macquarie Rewards Program at any time at our discretion. We will notify you as soon as practicable of the termination and you will have 30 days from the date of termination to redeem your Macquarie Reward Points. 3.7 Liability The only conditions and warranties which are binding on us in respect of the type, quality, standard, fitness or suitability for any purpose of Macquarie Reward Points and the Macquarie Rewards Program are those expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions, and those imposed and required to be binding by statute (including the Australian Consumer Law). Except as required by law, we limit the warranty we make to you in relation to rewards and the Macquarie Rewards Program to exercising due care and skill to: process and maintain your participation in the Macquarie Rewards Program procure the supply of rewards to you manage relationships with redemption partners and bonus partners. To the full extent permitted by law, our liability in relation to the above warranty is limited to supplying the service again or payment of the cost of having the service supplied again. Except as required by law, we and our rewards providers: make no express or implied warranty or representation in connection with the rewards (including with respect to type, quality, standard or fitness for any purpose). If you have any complaints about rewards or goods or services you should discuss them directly with the supplier are not liable for any loss you suffer (including consequential loss) arising in connection with a reward (including a failure to provide a reward, its loss, theft or destruction) are not liable for any loss you suffer (including consequential loss) in connection with our negligence or our breaching a term, warranty or condition in relation to the Macquarie Rewards Program. If we or our rewards providers are liable for a breach of these Terms and Conditions, then, to the full extent permitted by law, our liability will exclude any indirect or consequential loss you may suffer. To the full extent permitted by law, we limit our liability to you in relation to goods and services acquired by way of the Macquarie Rewards Program. 6 7

4. Interpretation In these Terms and Conditions all defined terms have the same meaning as in the Macquarie Credit Cards Conditions of Use booklet. Additional defined terms are as follows: Macquarie Reward Points means reward points earned in the Macquarie Rewards Program by eligible Purchases made on your Account. Macquarie Rewards Centre means the centre operated by us or our agent to handle the Macquarie Rewards Program statement enquiries and process requests for rewards. Macquarie Rewards Program means the rewards program operated by us on these Terms and Conditions and as set out in promotional material, as amended from time to time. Redemption Partner means us or any other person who agrees to provide rewards or bonuses in connection with the Macquarie Rewards Program. We, our or us means Macquarie Bank Limited (ABN 46 008 583 542, Australian Credit Licence 237502) and its successors and assigns. Other capitalised terms not defined above have the meaning given to them in the Conditions of Use. In these Terms and Conditions the following rules of interpretation will apply: the singular includes the plural and vice versa a reference to anything includes the whole and each part of it a reference to a document includes any variation or replacement of it. Our failure to enforce a term of these Terms and Conditions does not mean we waive that term. If any term in these Terms and Conditions is invalid or not enforceable in accordance with its terms, all other terms or parts which are self sustaining and capable of separate enforcement without regard to the invalid or unenforceable term or part will be, and continue to be, valid and enforceable in accordance with their terms. 8 9
