Articulation Course Guide and High School Teacher Requirements This document outlines courses approved by for high school articulation consideration along with teacher qualification and certification requirements and terms of engagement. Courses are fundamental and introductory in nature and are selected by each department as appropriate for articulation purposes. Teacher qualifications and terms of engagement are determined course by course by faculty specific to meeting instructional area requirements. Teacher certification is defined by the Wisconsin Technical College System Board and is based on the secondary teacher s current license from the department of public instruction.
