They can then drag and drop these fragments to assemble the support for end-to-end business processes. They can also configure high-level views such as phases, milestones, and KPIs. For example, solution experts and architects can define a target for the process cycle time. They can also define operating thresholds so line-of-business employees can react to issues and address them before they become problems. After creating support for business scenarios, solution experts and architects simply click a button within the editor to generate a variety of views for display in the workspace.
