2 Introduction This Connectivity Services Fee Schedule provides the details specific to physical connectivity fees as well as FIX sessions and multicast feeds. Technical information on how to connect to Aequitas NEO Exchange Production, Disaster Recovery (DR) and General Test Environment (GTE), including relevant key contacts, location details, and other specifics as may be found in the Aequitas NEO Exchange Connectivity Guide. The Production and DR data centre facilities are located within Q9 Networks ( Q9 ) data centres in Toronto and Brampton, with GTE being hosted exclusively in Brampton. For access to Production and DR, members and service facilitators, such as market data vendors and independent software vendors, will be encouraged to establish connectivity to both locations to minimize service interruptions. Members and service facilitators will be responsible for choosing their communication service providers and arranging for circuits to both data centres. For access to GTE, dealers and service facilitators must establish connectivity to one of the data centre locations. If connectivity for GTE is provisioned to the Toronto facility, Aequitas NEO Exchange will manage connectivity on the dealer s or service facilitator s behalf to the DR facility specifically and only for access to GTE. The GTE environment is only intended for functional testing of order entry, drop copy and multicast market data feeds for the Aequitas NEO Exchange, and order entry and drop copy services for the SOR. Non-functional testing is not permitted in this environment. No fees in this Connectivity Services Fee Schedule will be in effect prior to the production launch date for Aequitas NEO Exchange, with the exception of those in the Physical Connectivity section (section 3) which will be payable as of the installation date. All fees for physical connectivity will be effective and begin to accrue as of the installation date, but will be not be invoiced until the production launch. Scope This Connectivity Services Fee Schedule provides fee information with respect to connectivity with the Aequitas NEO Exchange production environment. All parties connecting directly to the Aequitas NEO Exchange production environment are required to sign a Connectivity Services Agreement. A E Q U I T A S N E O E X C H A N G E 4
