Our Vision The Capital International Group exists to improve lifestyles through increased prosperity. Our Values We seek to achieve this through the enduring values of innovation, integrity and excellence. Capital Treasury Services We have no limits to the number or size of FX transactions we process daily...

CAPITAL FX Foreign Exchange is not just for spending on holiday At the Capital International Group we have been providing FX and cash management solutions for over 15 years across the island and around the globe We are truly independent, based on the Isle of Man, not tied to external service providers or off-island partnerships. We therefore have the lion s share of markets and currencies to choose from. Back in December 2012 we highlighted the effects of the doors closing on banks and building societies for new monies and foreign currency, offering alternatives to this narrowing market. Having seen a handful of Banks withdraw from the Isle of Man in 2012, we then saw the pattern continuing throughout 2013 and 2014 with others withdrawing their product ranges, deposit and current accounts. This left the Island with very few choices other than keeping your money with low or unrated banks CAPITAL FX With all this turmoil in the domestic and corporate banking sector there needed to be some stability on the rates offered and the level of service provided. Nonetheless, at the Capital International Group our doors have remained firmly open. We have continued to offer extremely competitive rates over and above what some of the High Street establishments offer. Returns are not the only thing that has concerned investors, with the other main focus being security of assets. We have maintained our AAAf/S1+ rating with Standard & Poor s for the last eight years, through the Capital Liquidity Account. This cash-only investment solution offers a greater sense of security with lower volatility in these ever changing market conditions providing a sense of reliability and consistency. Competitive Dedicated Trusted We all want our money to earn interest when we re not using it, but we all have different needs. Work with us to ensure that you don t fall foul of these withdrawals from the marketplace... We take pride in successfully delivering a relationship and solution based service to our clients around the world, across all industry sectors be they private individuals or large financial instituions. Since 2014, we have placed over 3,000 FX trades, in excess of $1.3 billion Innovation Integrity Excellence

MAKING A DIFFERENCE OUR INTEGRATED SOLUTION Access to Our Services Registering comes with no obligations. Expertise Contact your personal dealer as often as you wish to receive a no-obligation exchange rate quote or information on the currency markets. Zero Commission We do not charge commission on top of the exchange rates we quote. Zero Bank Receive Costs By informing us at the time of the trade we can eliminate bank receiving charges this can be up to 3% for some payment service providers. When combined with excellent exchange rates from the market, our customer service is market-leading. Remember, you have nothing to lose but so much to gain by talking to us the rate we quote is the rate you get. No Charges - Our clients use us because we provide them with more competitive pricing structures than they receive from their existing banking relationships and other service providers. We are totally transparent in our pricing; when we quote an exchange rate - there are no hidden charges or fees. The Capital International Group through its member company, Capital Treasury Services, provides foreign exchange services to many of the Isle of Man s premier names, which is no surprise when you consider that we offer: A dedicated team focused on saving you time and money when dealing with your foreign exchange requirements. A flexible and personalised service, whilst leveraging the use of technology to make the experience simple and easy. Seamless integration with on-going business and account support. A wide range of tools & information enabling you to mitigate risk and improve your company s bottom line: Limit Orders To buy or sell currency when the price is right. EXCHANGE SERVICES FOREIGN EXCHANGE TOOLS Several foreign exchange contract types are available to our clients that can both mitigate risk and gain maximum benefit from fluctuating currency markets. Tools such as Stop Loss and Limit Orders are normally only available to blue chip companies and those trading large volumes. However, we are pleased to offer these tools to all of our clients. Contract Type Description Why use it Spot Contract This is the most common contract type and needs to be settled within 48 hours of agreeing the contract. You need the currency immediately or want to take advantage of a beneficial rate and hold the currency on your account. Forward Contract This is for the purchase or sale of a currency on a fixed future date. A forward contract will guarantee an exchange rate for a future date, regardless of subsequent market fluctuations. Forward rates are calculated using the prevailing spot rate at the time of booking and the interest rate differential between the currencies involved and vary depending on the length of the contract. If you do not have all of the funds currently available To guarantee a rate for future date Takes advantage of a favourable rate To protect against market fluctuations To benefit from the flexibility of draw-downs & roll-overs Derivatives/Options: Forward Plus Contract This provides a guaranteed worst-case rate to hedge against any decrease in a currency put and provides the potential to deal at the market rate providing the exchange rate remains above a pre-determined limit rate. Ability to deal at better than the current market rates Provides complete cash flow Zero premium cost solution Derivatives/Options: Dual Currency Deposit Stop Loss Currency-based yield enhancement products can enable investors to earn a higher than standard coupon on their fixed investments by reflecting a view on a specified currency pair. The investment rate coupon is guaranteed irrespective of exchange rate moves. However, if the exchange rate at expiry is at or above the specified strike rate the capital is returned in the secondary currency, converted at the strike rate. This is for the purchase of currency that is required imminently, where the purchaser wants to wait and see whether the market moves in his or her favour, but needs to achieve a minimum rate if the market moves in the opposite direction. Fixed term investment with guaranteed coupon paid at maturity Principal may be repaid in either specified currency You have an imminent requirement for currency You want to benefit from market fluctuations but also want to limit your risk to unfavourable market movements Limit Order An order to purchase currency at a specified rate of exchange that is not currently available. An order will be triggered automatically should the desired exchange rate be reached. You do not need the currency immediately You have an ongoing or future currency requirement and want to secure a beneficial exchange rate Capital Treasury Services
