HLC s 5 criteria: 1. Mission 2. Integrity: Ethical and responsible conduct 3. Teaching and Learning: Quality, resources, support 4. Teaching and Learning: Evaluation and improvement 5. Resources, planning, and institutional effectiveness

NEW 2-PART PROCESS: 2017 visit ASSURANCE Every year: Submit data Office of Institutional Research WEAVE is part of this You submit documentation via HLC website Years 9-10 Write much shorter narrative with links to data and documents QUALITY INITIATIVE (project) Between years 5 and 9 Designed to meet campus concerns or aspirations Take risks, aim high Graded on effort Make a real difference for the university!
