TRANSITIONING FULFILLMENT OPERATIONS Transitioning fulfillment operations from one vendor to another can be a major undertaking. If not performed well, it can be costly and potentially disruptive to a client s business not to mention the fear and potential risk associated with depending on a third-party vendor with whom you ve never done business. At Jagged Peak, we respect these concerns and understand the need to cover all the bases to ensure objectives are met and the transition is seamless to the clients customers. We also understand that the reason companies outsource fulfillment is they want to eliminate the headaches and burden of managing it. They recognize the time and cost benefits of leveraging the experience and core competency of a company that specializes in fulfillment. That company is Jagged Peak! Our objective is to make the process of transitioning fulfillment operations easy and painless. FLEXNET ONBOARDING OVERVIEW Onboarding clients to Jagged Peak s FlexNet Fulfillment services begins with gaining a thorough understanding of our client s business and the scope and scale of their fulfillment operations. This includes an assessment of their goals and objectives, expectations, timelines, risk points, vendor relationships, existing contracts and everything else that has a material impact or dependency on the move. After gathering and analyzing this information, we develop a transition execution plan that begins with an inventory audit at the existing warehouse and ends with an end-to-end testing of the order fulfillment process.

FLEXNET ONBOARDING TEAM Project Team: A project team is assigned to manage the entire onboarding process. It includes individuals with the necessary skills to execute the specified tasks. The team comprises disciplines in logistics, warehouse operations, IT systems/network, accounting, account management, customer service and executive management. Executive Sponsor: A member of Jagged Peak s executive team is responsible for resource allocation, issue resolution and overall client satisfaction. Account Executive: This individual is the owner of the client relationship once the account is transitioned. During the transition process, the Account Executive supports the Project Manager, serves as the client advocate and is responsible for client communication. Project Manager: Serves as the project leader responsible for achieving transition objectives and tasks as stipulated in the project plan. Accounting: The accounting organization is responsible for establishing the processes and procedures that govern service invoicing as defined in the MSA. Transportation and Logistics: Responsible for scheduling carriers and coordinating the transfer of client inventories to various warehouses. Warehouse Operations: Responsible for all warehouse-centric activities, including warehouse configuration and set-up, inventory management and location, staff training, QA procedures, etc. IT Systems: Responsible for systems set-up and configuration, data loading, production of system, documentation, end-to-end testing, etc. QA Testing: A quality assurance team conducts end-to-end processing of test orders, ensuring all systems are thoroughly tested (OMS, WMS, IMS and TMS) prior to going live.
