Management & Directors Craig Schneider, BA President & CEO Mr. Schneider joined Corex Gold Corp in November 2003, and has been instrumental in advancing the company to its current stage of development. Mr. Schneider has over 15 years experience in the administration and financing of junior companies, and holds a B.A from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Schneider was also a founder and Director of Magnum Uranium a TSX.V listed company which was purchased by Energy Fuels Inc. (TSX:EFR) in 2009. Alan Hitchborn Director Mr. Hitchborn has over 28 years of experience in exploration, development, and production. His past successes include 9 years at Placer Dome Inc.'s Bald Mountain Mine in Nevada. Additionally, another team managed by Mr. Hitchborn was responsible for the discovery and development of 2,000,000 gold equivalent ounces at the Monterde gold-silver deposit in Chihuahua, Mexico (TSX listed Kimber Resources Ltd). Patrick Downey, P. Eng Director Mr. Downey has been a board member since the inception of Corex Gold Corp. and is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Elgin Mining Inc,. bringing with him over 25 years of international experience in the resource industry. Prior to joining Elgin Mining Inc, Mr. Downey previously held the position of President, CEO and Director of Aura Minerals and Viceroy Exploration before its acquisition by Yamana Gold Inc. Mr. Downey also served as President of Oliver Gold Corporation, where he negotiated their successful merger to form Canico Resource Corp., which was purchased by CVRD in 2006 for over $800 million. (TSX:G) 100% owned by Corex Gold 40,000 hectares located 15 km from Goldcorp's Penasquito deposit Goldcorp can Earn-In to a 70% interest in the Zuloaga property by spending US$4,000,000 over a 5- year. Goldcorp shall have the option to increase its interest from 70% to 80% upon paying 100% of the expenditures associated with placing the Property into commercial production. 17
