Investigative Experience (Partial List) Performed analysis of an Electronic Medical Records system to determine if medical records had been altered and whether information contained in database matched both real and electronic workflow of office. Performed detailed analysis of IP addresses associated with anonymous e-mail accounts used to harass the client. IP addresses were identified to exist in multiple counties as well as several US cities. We were able to track the individuals and identify them from their on-line behavior. Performed analysis of a computer system housed in Germany and identify that it was the source for the creation of false invoices used in a case to defraud the German and US Government. Recovered and restored video from a surveillance system that in its stored form was encrypted. The unit was damaged and recovery was expected to be unsuccessful. Because of the techniques and analysis performed, we were able to reverse engineer the recording and encryption process and recover the video and provide same to client in a usable form. Analyzed data from multiple systems that help determine the length of time and the amount of an employee based embezzlement scheme of a professional office.

Provided E-Discovery consulting services to a Fortune 500 company that required the processing of more than 200 TB of information spanning more than 10 years. Provided E-Discovery consulting services to a Real Estate Development entity where a single collection would provide information on several cases. Developed strategies to reduce redundant activities and control cost and wasted time. Investigated claims made by a whistle blower accusing the company of adjusting inventory levels in a manner that would materially affect the company s stock prices. Investigation of an employee based embezzlement scheme involving a 10-year timeframe and over $60,000,000 taken. Investigation of a senior executive accused of sexual harassment and hostile workplace violations. Investigation of an employees involved in expense account fraud. Investigation of an employee based intellectual property theft. Investigation of an employee operating a competing business from within their present employer s company. Investigation of a company wrongfully terminating an employee. Investigation of a company accused of hacking into or gaining unauthorized access to an employee s private yahoo email and other personal information. Investigation of family business at heart of divorce action and whether or not funds were extracted from the company without it being properly reported. Investigation of computers and cellular phones involved in a divorce and custody action. Investigation of unauthorized access to computers, phones, email and on-line banking accounts associated with a divorce case. Criminal investigation involving the use of Gnutella peer-to-peer software as a vehicle to transmit and receive files. Criminal investigation involving the analysis of a computer hard drive and reported copies of work performed as it related to the possession of contraband files. Criminal investigation involving the content s of a cellular phone and how the contents arrived on the phone. Criminal investigation involving the identification of a victim and reverse engineer victim s data to identify numerous predators.
