In the event that the violator pays the ticket more than 72 hours but within 10 days from the date of issuance, the violator shall pay double the ticket amount. In the event that the ticket is not paid within 10 days from the date of issuance, a citation shall be filed with the Magisterial District Judge and the violator, upon conviction thereof, shall be guilty of a summary offense and sentenced to pay a fine of no more than the fine amount set forth and costs of prosecution. Each day and/or each violation by the same person and/or entity shall be considered a new and separate violation. (Ref.
