Increased demand for higher bandwidths are statewide. OneNet partners with local providers for the last mile on internet circuits. Staff pursues all available options to assist you in your needs for more bandwidth. A request is sent to every available partner in your area.

Ask for quotes early, so all options can be pursued. There are many areas in the state that fiber is not available. If fiber is not available Bonded T1s DS3 with equipment to convert to Ethernet Individual Case Basis rates (ICB) Many bandwidths are available that are not posted rates Only true costs are used to calculate the rates to provide the service; no mark-up

1) OneNet Client Circuit Agreement 2) OneNet Service Order Form 3) Purchase Order for Service & Service Establishment Important Note: OneNet cannot begin to process an order, or consider it valid, until all of the above documentation has been properly completed, signed and returned to OneNet. Order Forms and Customer Circuit Agreement can be found on our website.

If the rate was based from an ICB, then a customer order form will need to be created and sent to you. Be sure to have any equipment needed to support your order ready for the requested due date. OneNet begins billing the service once the service is operational, regardless of on site customer equipment. OneNet staff will assist you in determining if your current router will support additional bandwidth.

Depending on the partner, a new install for a T1 is typically 30 to 60 days. Higher bandwidth orders could take 60 days to 6 months. OneNet will make every attempt to have your services operational within your timeframe. In this stage, OneNet is at the mercy of the last mile partner Planning ahead is the key to a smooth upgrade.

OneNet will contact you with an install date once we are notified by our last mile partner. OneNet will be notified when the last mile partner has completed their end of the install. OneNet staff will test the circuit with the last mile partner. OneNet network staff will contact you to configure your router. Billing begins now.

Internet Access Web Hosting E-mail Web Hosting and Email are a value added service if you have an internet service with OneNet. Web Hosting and Email can be stand alone services also.

Quotes for current services are mailed to all Erate Customers If you know you will be needing to upgrade, please request quotes for additional bandwidth early. OneNet staff will assist you in determining if your current router will support additional bandwidth. If OneNet Bid for services is selected, contact our office for order forms when you are ready to add the service.

Internet Access Telemedicine

How is the Oklahoma Universal Service Fund Determined? Oklahoma Universal Service Fund was created by the Oklahoma Telecommunications Act of 1997. Applicants applying for reimbursement from the OUSF must meet certain eligibility criteria. The Oklahoma Corporation Commission, OCC, approves applications. OCC requires all providers to submit an Annual Data Collection Request every February to determine the amount to be collected for the upcoming year. The OCC uses all data collected to determine how much each carrier must pay in. This amount is passed on to all customers with telephone services either land lines or wireless. Due to this, funding is not available for mid year upgrade requests that are determined after February.

Credit for each Instructional Classroom Building receiving OneNet s Internet = $497. Funding will not be available for mid year upgrade requests that are not identified by February with Erate and OUSF. 2 Building Credits = $994 $514 T1/m $1028 (2) T1s $462.60 Erate 90% $462.60 Erate 90% (1)T1 $ 51.40 OUSF $565.40 OUSF Difference $514/m $6,168 Annual Increase

One T1 Credit $497/per month for each library.

Will pay for one Telemedicine line. The Oklahoma Corporation Commission is currently reviewing OUSF for Telemedicine. Expect to see changes soon. Some may require legislative changes. May be capped in the immediate future May be required to request Rural Healthcare first (if eligible) Notice of Proposed Rule Making has been on the table for Rural Healthcare to increase Internet Access funding to 50%.

Waste only ask for what you need!! We all pay into the funds!

Invoices without Erate discounts. WHY is your Erate discount not on your invoice? Was your Erate filed within the filing window (471)? Have you received your FCDL? Have you filed a form 486 for the services? OneNet can not discount your invoice until all of the above have been completed. Call if all of the above have been completed.
