With Amadeus e-power, travel agencies can easily take their business online and/or quickly develop and optimise their online business while increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty. With the new features of version 6.2, Amadeus e-power gives you more thanks to: PCI DSS Certification With this certification Amadeus e-power systems are recognised as being secure and your customers will be able to trust your e-power portal with their sensitive payment card information. The Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) specifies the core security requirements that govern the entire payment process and organization of data storage, to manage e-commerce operations securely. It is an open global forum, launched in 2006, that is responsible for the development, management, education, and awareness of the PCI Security Standards (PCI DSS). The Council's five founding global payment brands - American Express, Discover Financial Services, JCB International, MasterCard Worldwide, and Visa Inc. - have agreed to incorporate PCI DSS as the technical pre-requisite for each of their data security compliance programs. The PCI DSS provide a comprehensive road-map to help e-commerce merchants and banks ensure the safe handling of cardholder information - including prevention, detection and appropriate reaction to security incidents. This compliance is an on-going process, not a onetime event. It also means being part of the solution a united, global response to fighting payment card data compromise. MaxMind fraud protection More than verifying the authenticity of the credit card details used for the purchase, MaxMind tools identify if the purchaser is the legitimate card holder. The integration of MaxMind s nonintrusive online fraud detection solution (minfraud ) into e-power s anti-fraud system means that e-power is provided with the necessary information to detect fraudulent orders before the payment is processed. MaxMind is an industry-leading provider of geolocation and online fraud detection tools. Geolocation is the ability to determine where online visitors are physically located based on their IP addresses. With geolocation, merchants can use information they already have, the users IPs, to non-intrusively determine where their customers are physically located. By creating geographic boundaries on the Internet and providing the customer s location, geolocation can be used effectively to detect potential fraud by analyzing the differences between the user location and the billing address. Through MaxMind s comprehensive fraud screening system, merchants can accurately detect and automatically flag attempted fraud from card not present transactions. With industry-leading minfraud service, key features include: - Geographical IP address location checking - High risk IP address and e-mail checking - Issuing bank BIN Number country matching - minfraud Network - Post query analysis - Cost-effective pricing starting at $0.005 per transaction - This, together with the PCI-DSS certified highly-secured environment, increases the level of confidence of your customers, converting visits into bookings and long-term loyalty. Integrated partners framework (*) Add value to your customers with extra services on taxis, rail tickets etc by implementing easily your local providers and cross selling them with your e-power content. This feature makes it possible for end-users to request, get availability, cross-sell through the shopping basket and book Integrated Partner contents. Enhanced sales (*) and web analytics reports Analysing your bookings as well as your website traffic will help you adapt your marketing approach and better drive your revenues. With the e-power Affiliate module, subscribers can turn more traffic to their website and convert an increasing number of internet users into bookings - for free! All it takes a travel agency is liaising with some "Affiliates" (i.e. partners with blogs, websites or forums) and directing the readers to their own e-power portal thanks to a banner or an external search form. Amadeus e-power manages the entire process behind: from tracking the internet users to calculating the rewards to the affiliates and including the results into dedicated reports. If these features were already available on e-power, what is brand new is the possibility to automate this rewarding process via back-office systems, thanks to the expansion of Command Builder with the Affiliate Code variable. Moreover with the dynamic reporting system enhancements, benefit from more accurate reporting information, notably with regards to the hotel, car, insurance and external content bookings (*). i Additionally, the integration of powerful web analytics reports within e-power can already help you improve your site content and layout to convert more visitors. Hotel enhancements Manage your hotel display with increased possibilities while improving the customer overall booking experience. Enable your website customers to choose the best hotel offer in a snapshot, thanks to: - a clearer single availability display always comprising the minimum hotel information on top (hotel name, star rating, address, picture and amenities), - the search by Address, Landmark or Zip code as well as a distance display between the searched point and the hotel (*). Meanwhile take advantage of higher display flexibility with: - the possibility to activate/deactivate alternate city searches and fire safety optional functionalities through the admin tool, - the updates of the hotel facility list to the latest facilities, as well as the possibility to localise them (so that existing facility codes can be changed into more meaningful names) and creation of an auto-completion search for the facilities. - the definition of the most meaningful amenities to your portal, changing any amenity icon through file manager.
