www.landmarkplc.com About Landmark Plc Emphasising a service-led relationship has resulted in an impressive client retention rate in the sector Delivering the Vision The Serviced Office market offers short to medium-term, flexible office accommodation by way of licences. The key elements of the flexibility offered are speed of occupation, short-term financial commitment and the ability to expand (and contract) at short notice. Landmark Plc has established a 13 year track record of operating at the high-end of the commercial property sector. We now operate five serviced office centres in the City of London totalling 155,000 square feet and providing 2,064 workstations. The Company s large investment in staff over the last 18 months has meant we have a great team and a strong organisational structure to support our growth plans. We place great emphasis on the importance of client led service provision in a hitherto landlord\tenant relationship within the sector. The result is that we have an impressive client retention rate. In 2002 Landmark Plc was awarded Investors in People (IIP) Accreditation which it has maintained ever since. The Company was voted one of the Top 1,000 Brightest and Best Businesses set to be the foundation of the UK Recovery by The Telegraph. Landmark Plc has a large collection of contemporary art, antique toys and sculptures which are distributed throughout the common areas and individual office suites. Since 2008 the Company has sponsored the University of the Arts London Wimbledon Degree Show and inaugurated annual cash prizes. Artwork purchased from the annual event is displayed throughout all centres. Landmark Plc stood head and shoulders above their competitors due to the quality of their locations and of the accommodation itself. By its nature, this policy is one of organic growth, which has resulted in healthy cash reserves and no debt. Chairman David Todd David Todd has been in the commercial and residential property market for four decades, with extensive property development, management and investment experience in London and Amsterdam. David teamed up with Richard Gill in 2000 to create Landmark Plc, which would aim at the top-end of the serviced office market, concentrating in the City of London. Managing Director Richard Gill Richard Gill, a qualified solicitor and previously an equity partner with Ashfords, one of the UK s largest regional law firms, has over two decades of dealing with some of London s largest property investments. In 2002, Richard led the Landmark Plc team effort to achieve the Investors in People accreditation, and has sat on the Board of the Business Centre Association. Finance Director Clive Caunter Clive Caunter, started his career at KPMG as a Chartered Accountant. His 20 years senior financial management experience includes a 12-year history as UK Financial Director and European Financial Planning and Analysis Director with Dell Computer Corporation.
