In addition to establishing a collaborative network of resources for targeted families, the RCFRN will expand evidence-based home visitation services as well as establish Family Team Meetings as a core community practice. The Racine County Family Resource Network will establish a stronger community collaboration of providers who already provide their service of expertise for families with children on the way to be born and through the age of three. Families will have one primary point of contact for resources with an option of conducting Family Team Meetings if needed. Network Provider Meetings represent an additional support for families and direct service providers. Network Coordinator will focus on contacting families with community based resources. Network Coordinator will partner with direct service providers to better strengthen collaboration services.
