One simple call to our 24 hours telephone number provides full scale benefits of up to US$ 1,000,000 under the program. As your insured are so important we have spared no expense. We have set no upper limit on the benefits which are provided throughout the world. With our global coverage of over 400,000 service providers we can ensure your insured will be safe no matter their travelling destination.
Mondial s Medical Evacuation Key Benefits Under our program we offer the following Key Benefits: 1. Emergency Evacuation In the unfortunate event of an insured person being critical ill or injured outside the UAE and with no medical facility available Mondial Assistance will facilitate and pay for the most appropriate form of transport to the nearest medical facility capable of providing the appropriate care. 2. Critical Care Monitoring When admitted to hospital, Mondial will ensure to keep in regular communication with attending physician and relay necessary messages to their family or employer. 3. Medically Supervised Repatriation When stabilised to the satisfaction of Mondial medical staff and attending physician, and it medical required, we will provide transport back home with a medical or non-medical escort for the continuation of your hospitalisation. 4. Care & Transport of Minor Child If a minor child is left unattended as a result of injury or illness whilst travelling we will provide the child with a one way economy ticket back to place of residence. If require an escort will be provided at no additional cost

Mondial s Medical Evacuation What is MARCO POLO? The Marco Polo program is dedicated to regulating doctors of all Business Units of our Group. An annual evaluation of hundreds of hospitals throughout the world is performed by Mondial Medical Directors. These evaluations are focused on operational objectives. Information access and reliability are key elements in the medical decision process.
Terms & Conditions Mondial Assistance will not provide services for the following: - Reimbursement Claims for Assistance Services not provided by Mondial Assistance. - Travel undertaken specifically for securing medical treatment. - Injuries resulting from participation in acts of war or insurrection. - Commission of an unlawful act(s). - Attempt at suicide. - Incidents involving use of drugs unless prescribed by a physician. - Transfer of beneficiary from one medical facility to another medical facility of similar capabilities providing a similar level of care. Mondial Assistance will not evacuate or repatriate a beneficiary: - Without medical authorisation - With a pregnancy term of over six months - With medical or nervous disorders unless hospitalised. Mondial Assistance will not provide repatriate a beneficiary: - With mild lesions, simple injuries such as sprains, simple fractures or mild sickness which can be treated by local doctors and do not prevent the beneficiary from continuing his/her trip or returning home. - Travel by beneficiary s spouse when it is for the benefit of the spouse s employed (spouse business travel). - Trips exceeding 90 days from legal residence without prior notification to Mondial Assistance. - Students at home/school campus address as they are not considered to be in travel status. Other: - While assistance services are available worldwide, transportation response time is directly related to the location/jurisdiction where an event occurs. Mondial Assistance is not responsible for failing to provide services or for delays in the delivery of services caused by strikes or conditions beyond its control, including by way of example and not by limitation, weather conditions, availability or airports, flight conditions, availability of hyperbaric chambers, communications systems, or where rendering of service is limited or prohibited by local law or edict. - All consulting physicians and attorneys are independent contractors and not under the control of Mondial Assistance. Mondial Assistance is not responsible or liable for any malpractice committed by professionals rendering services to a beneficiary.
