SUMMARY of Political Security and Natural Disaster Evacuation Services As a Covered Member, your Program Sponsor has arranged to assist you in the event of certain emergencies while you are abroad. In the event of any of these emergencies, you should immediately seek shelter in the safest location and call: +1.610.254.8771 collect outside the U.S. 1.800.257.4823 toll free within the U.S. HTH Worldwide will take your call and coordinate communications with your Program Sponsor and DC RMS LTD. ( DRUM ). DRUM is the provider of covered services and will implement the plan to move you to the nearest safe haven or to your home country, if needed. For questions about the services and what you need to know, please call Worldwide Insurance Services, LLC. +1.610.254.8769 collect outside the U.S. 1.888.243.2358 toll free within the U.S.

Covered Event Services will be provided should a Covered Event occur. A Covered Event is: When the appropriate authority (i.e., The United States Department of State) issues a travel warning that recommends members should leave the Host Country due to a political or military situation, including: War, civil war or civil unrest, rebellion or riot, military uprising, or labor disturbances or strike leading to civil unrest, or a nuclear, biological or chemical occurrence caused by terrorism; or When a natural disaster occurs which includes, but is not limited to: earthquake, volcanic eruption, tsunami, flood, snow, ram, hail, lightning, wind, windborne dust or sand, or wildfire or similar event, that results in widespread and severe damage such that the government of the Host Country issues an official disaster declaration and determines the affected area to be Uninhabitable. Services Provided The plan pays for specified costs of emergency evacuations under certain conditions for covered members on a Study Abroad program. If a covered event occurs and eligible members are in imminent peril, they contact HTH Worldwide s Global Health & Safety team. Our team will contact and coordinate communications and services with Drum Cussac (DRUM). In the event of an emergency security situation, on a best-effort basis, DRUM will arrange and pay for an emergency evacuation by any appropriate means consistent with the members health and safety. Services during the evacuation may include transportation to the home country, as well as the arrangement of food, lodging and other reasonable expenses if required.

What You Need to Do To assure that services are covered, both members and the Study Abroad program sponsor must adhere to certain guidelines, including: 1. advising HTH Worldwide s Global Health & Safety team immediately of any situation that may give rise to a covered event as soon as reasonably possible; 2. providing DRUM with all assistance and information requested in a timely manner; 3. following DRUM s advice all times; 4. not making or attempting to make arrangements without DRUM s agreement. 5. contacting HTH Worldwide s Global Health & Safety team or DRUM as soon as possible after the Host Country issues the official disaster declaration. 6. taking all reasonable precautions to avoid accident, injury, or illness to any member, or loss, destruction, or damage to their property. Delays in contacting HTH Worldwide s Global Health & Safety team or DRUM may make safe transportation impossible. The method of transportation will be as deemed most appropriate to ensure your safety. If evacuation becomes impractical due to hostile or dangerous conditions, DRUM will maintain contact with and advise you until evacuation becomes viable or the natural disaster situation has been resolved. What is Not Covered? DRUM will not be obliged to assist you in relation to a Covered Event if: 1. DRUM s advice is not followed 2. The evidence available to DRUM shows that there is no direct threat to your safety. 3. You take part in any political activity in the host country. 4. The emergency results from your actual or alleged violation of the laws of the host country. 5. The emergency results from your failure to possess the required immigration, work, residence or similar visas or permits, or other relevant documentation. 6. At inception of travel, you or your program sponsor had prior knowledge of the covered event or had received information of any specific matter, fact or circumstance which would lead to the covered event. 7. DRUM is not able to provide assistance without breaching any applicable laws or regulations. 8. Any information provided by you or your program sponsor is knowingly fraudulent or exaggerated, or if there has been a failure to disclose a material fact.

Plan Payment Limits This plan s obligation to pay for any one Covered Member s evacuation will be limited to $100,000 subject to a combined $5,000,000 aggregate limit per any one Covered Event for all persons covered under the plan, and under no circumstances shall the obligation of DRUM under the Covered Services exceed $10 million in the aggregate per the duration of the Service Agreement. Should you be moved to a safe haven during an evacuation, DRUM shall provide up to ten (10) days lodging in reasonable accommodation if you are delayed at a safe departure point. DRUM shall also provide air travel of a reasonable standard to return you to your home country or country of permanent residence, with Agreement by DRUM, from the safe haven following a Natural Disaster or Political Evacuation. Unless otherwise agreed to by DRUM, reasonable expenses for accommodation at a Safe Haven and air travel cost from a Safe Haven to a Home Country or otherwise is limited to $15,000.
