5 DIRECTORY OF HIV and AIDS STAKEHOLDERS IN BOTSWANA PREFACE The fight against HIV and AIDS in Botswana is a joint undertaking addressed by a multi-sectoral response with many partners involved in the response. In an attempt to facilitate communication and information flow between stakeholders and the general public at national and international level, NACA has created a National HIV and AIDS Directory. This directory provides a listing of government, civil society, development partners and private sectors institutions working in the area of HIV and AIDS in Botswana. While every effort was made to include all existing stakeholders resident in Botswana, it is inevitable that some have been left out. Although some stakeholders could not be included due to delayed or non-response, we value all our partners and apologize if anyone has been erroneously omitted or if any information has been wrongly represented. This document is evolving and will be updated annually. I hope that this National HIV and AIDS stakeholder directory will be useful to both NACA and its stakeholders and not only improve the process of information sharing but also enhance collaboration and partnerships.
