5 Small Satellite Conference Exhibitor Name Badge Submission Organizations will be issued up to four exhibitor name badges per exhibit space. Up to two additional name badges will be distributed at a fee of $50 each. Exhibitor name badges will be assigned to specific individuals and may not be transferred at any time. Permanent substitutions may be made by the designated company representative only. Instructions: Complete the Exhibitor Namebadge Form online at smallsat.org; link is in the right-hand column of the Exhibit information page. This is the same system used for exhibit space registration select Logon under Former Attendee - Log On; then use the address and password used for exhibit booth registration. Select Send password to my if you forgot the password. Submit this form ONLINE by Friday, July 17, You'll need to provide: 1) Company Name 2) Designated On-Site Representative - name, phone number(s), address 3) Exhibit Staff - names, phone number(s), addresses If staff members are registered to attend the full Conference, please indicate so on the name badge form. Staff members registered for the full Conference will not be counted toward the four name badges allotted per booth. Exhibitor name badges do not provide admission to the Conference technical sessions. Please indicate by checking the box online if you do NOT want your name, mailing address, phone number, and printed on the Participant List distributed to Conference participants and exhibitors. Note: The contact information provided online will appear on an exhibitor list distributed to all Conference participants. The Participant List is intended to provide Conference attendees with the contact information of the companies, organizations, and individuals who attended this Conference. The Participant List may be used by Conference attendees to share information with other participants about products, services, and professional events that are relevant to the Conference. All other uses of the Participant List are strictly prohibited. 6 Section 1 General Information Section 1 A. B. General Information General Show Information The Small Satellite Conference is held in the Taggart Student Center at Utah State University, Logan, Utah, USA. Technical oral presentations and poster sessions will be located on the first and second floors. Exhibits will be located in adjacent areas on the first and second floor. Items Included with Exhibit Space Rental Each registered organization will be provided the following: Electronic copy of the pre-conference and exhibit participant lists (upon request) Final Conference and exhibit participant lists ed to all exhibit managers, exhibitors, and participants after the Conference Exhibit space rental does not include any of the following: Booth carpeting Furniture, electricity, and/or Internet connections Labor, shipping, or any other exhibit services C. Conference Participation All exhibitors planning to attend the Conference technical sessions are required to register. One discounted Conference registration rate is included with exhibit space rental. The Conference registration form is available at Exhibit registration does not include registration for the Conference. E. F. FREIGHT MUST BE PICKED UP BY 2:00 p.m. ON FRIDAY, AUGUST 14, At that time, any remaining exhibit freight will be forced out on UPS Freight. Security and Insurance Security will be present throughout the show. If exhibitors have supplies or equipment they would like to secure during non-show hours, a locked room will be available for storage. Please make arrangements with Sonya Warner for the storage of any supplies and/or equipment by July 31, Exhibitors must secure, at their own expense, appropriate liability/loss insurance and provide reasonable security for equipment and displays. The Small Satellite Conference or its affiliates will not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to exhibitor supplies and/or equipment during any part of the show. Exhibitors will not be allowed to enter the Conference facility after building hours without the consent of Show Management. Internet Services Show Management will coordinate all telecommunication services. Individual analog or data lines are available for exhibitor use at a cost of $25 per line. Orders must be submitted to Sonya Warner by July 10, Complimentary wireless Internet service will be provided for all exhibitors and participants. Please note that some organizations do not allow VPN access using wireless Internet. We recommend you discuss this with your IT department to decide if wireless service meets your needs. If you ordered a data line but would like to use the wireless service instead, cancellations must be submitted to Sonya Warner by July 10, Please review your exhibitor registration confirmation to verify whether you have requested telecommunication service. 8 Section 1 General Information G. Copies/Faxes A copy center is available on the lower level of the Taggart Student Center for all copying and faxing needs. Any service provided by the copy center will be at the requesting organization s expense. H. I. Evaluation We appreciate the feedback we receive each year and encourage you to take time to complete the exhibit evaluation form (distributed on-site). You may complete the form prior to the close of the show or mail the form to Sonya Warner following the event. Your input assists us in making necessary adjustments to ensure the highest quality show and Conference possible. Travel Information Logan, Utah, is located approximately 90 miles northeast of Salt Lake City. Exhibitors should schedule flights to arrive at the Salt Lake City International Airport. For more information regarding air travel, please visit Taxi service in Logan is limited; rental cars or the use of the Cache Valley Transit District is recommended. For more travel and transportation information, please visit org/travel. J. Weather: Logan lies at an elevation of 4,500 feet. The early autumn season is delightful, usually offering warm days with slightly cooler evenings. The average high in August is 88 degrees, while the average low is 53 degrees. Lodging Information Lodging should be made directly with the hotel of your choice. As hotels fill quickly, we suggest that you reserve rooms as early as possible. When making your reservations, please notify hotel staff that you will be attending the Small Satellite Conference. The University Inn is located on USU s campus within walking distance of the Conference location. All other hotels require transportation to and from campus. 9 Section 2 Rules and Regulations Section 2 A. Rules and Regulations Statement of Purpose The Show Rules and Regulations have been established to maintain fairness to all exhibitors and equal access to all participants, while ensuring the professionalism of the show and maintaining alignment with industry standards. Submission of a contract (Online Exhibitor Registration Form) indicates agreement to adhere to the Show Rules and Regulations as stated in this exhibitor kit. Show Management reserves the right to cancel any exhibit space at any time for misrepresentation of products to be displayed or for noncompliance with any of the Show Rules and Regulations. B. All questions concerning the application or interpretation of any Show Rules and Regulations should be directed to Sonya Warner. Cancellation of Space Cancellations of exhibit space will be refunded less a $250 cancellation fee. In order to be refunded (less the cancellation fee), exhibit managers must notify Show Management in writing by May 15, Thereafter, no refunds will be provided for cancelled reservations. In the event of Show cancellation at any time, Show Management liability is limited to a full refund of exhibitor registration fees only. Show Management assumes no responsibility for the inclusion or exclusion of the name of the cancelled exhibitor or descriptions of products in the show directory, news releases, advertisements, or other materials. C. D. Space may not be resold, sublet, or shared with any other company without express permission of Show Management. Management reserves the right to require special liability agreements from proposed consortiums prior to accepting booth registration. Exhibit Manager Check-in Exhibitors must check in at Conference Headquarters, located on the second floor of the Taggart Student Center, on Sunday, August 9, 2015, from 9:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m. Any organization arriving later than 2:00 p.m. is required to notify Show Management by Monday, July 27, Any organization that does not act in accordance will be considered a noshow and booth space will be reassigned at the discretion of Show Management. 7
10 Section 2 Rules and Regulations E. Show Set-Up/Take-Down Shipping/Receiving: Modern Exposition Services, the show decorator, will receive and store crates, boxes, and skidded materials up to 30 days prior to the show. These items will be delivered to your booth prior to show set-up. Additionally, Modern will receive, process, and deliver items shipped directly to the show site. While every effort will be made to expedite delivery of these items to the exhibit booths, we recommend that exhibitors utilize the advance shipping option whenever possible. The State of Utah is a right to work state. Exhibitors may set up and dismantle their own exhibits. Exhibitors may also carry items into and out of the Conference venue as they deem necessary. Show Set-Up: Strict adherence to designated Show set-up times is required. Items ordered from or shipped through Modern Exposition Services will be placed in your exhibit booth for your access upon arrival. If any items are missing from either your shipment or your order, please contact the on-site Modern Exposition Services representative immediately. Show Take-down: Strict adherence to designated Show take-down times is required. The show will close at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 13, 2015 and take-down will begin promptly at 12:00 p.m.* Exhibitors may not dismantle exhibits at any time prior to the formal take-down time. Any organization found noncompliant is subject to a deduction of 3 points. F. Exhibitors and/or hired contractors must have all exhibits dismantled and exit the exhibit area no later than 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 14, Official Show Rules and Regulations I. Exhibits must be completely set and remain set throughout the posted exhibit hours. A deduction of 3 credits per exhibit space will be applied to any organization that does not maintain a staffed booth during all stated exhibit hours. II. Exhibits must be set by 10:00 a.m. on Monday morning. Any organization not in compliance is subject to a deduction of 3 credits. III. Exhibitors must secure, at their own expense, appropriate liability/loss insurance and provide reasonable security for equipment and displays. The Conference and/or its affiliates will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to exhibitor supplied equipment during any part of the exhibition. Security will be provided throughout the show. IV. V. An organization will lose 3 credits for any violation of the Show Rules and Regulations that cannot be remedied on-site. Examples include, but are not limited to: a. Late set-up or early tear-down of an exhibit b. Violation of height and space restrictions c. Subletting an exhibit space Exhibitors may not resell, sublet, or share booth space with any other company without the express permission of Show Management. Management reserves the right to require special liability agreements from proposed consortiums prior to accepting booth registration. VI. Exhibits must adhere to display specifications as detailed in the exhibitor kit, comply with ADA (American Disabilities Act) requirements, and maintain tasteful displays. Show Management reserves the right to require adjustments to exhibit materials to ensure display compliance. No signage, banners or other items are allowed outside of exhibit booth area and may not be hung from the ceiling or conference facility walls. Exhibits must comply with all fire laws, electrical codes, and all other rules, regulations, codes, statutes, or ordinances with respect to installation, conduct, and disassembly of exhibits. Exhibitors shall comply with all requests of the officials of the Conference facility and Show Management with respect to the installation, conduct, and disassembly of exhibits. It is the responsibility of the exhibiting organization to ensure display items and written materials are approved for public release and not controlled under ITAR or any other export control laws (applicable only to US-based organizations). Exhibitors must check in at Conference Headquarters, located on the first and second floor of the Taggart Student Center, on Sunday, August 9, 2015, from 9:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m. Any organization arriving later than 2:00 p.m. is required to notify Show Management by Monday, July 27 th. Any organization that does not act in accordance will be considered a no-show and booth space will be reassigned at the discretion of Show Management. Exhibiting organizations will be issued up to four exhibitor name badges per exhibit space. Additional personnel will be assessed a fee of $50 each. Exhibitor name badges will be assigned to specific individuals and may not be transferred at any time. Permanent substitutions may be made by the designated company representative only. Exhibitor name badges do not provide admission to the conference technical sessions. Exhibiting organizations are eligible to receive one discounted conference registration per exhibit space. All exhibitors planning to attend Conference technical sessions must register for the Conference. Exhibitors may not distribute, duplicate, sell, or otherwise misuse Conference participant lists provided to them. Utah State University is a dry campus. Possessing, consuming, selling, distributing, manufacturing, and/or storing any alcoholic beverage on campus is strictly prohibited. Any exhibiting organization found noncompliant with the USU Alcohol Policy will be removed from the exhibit. Executive Suites may be used for closed-door private meetings only during technical sessions and lunches, the exhibit must remain open during all breaks, and exhibit viewing times. All exhibit items, including signage, must be inside the suite. XVII. Gifts and giveaways must be professional in nature. Show Management reserves the right to review giveaways and stop distribution of distasteful items. 9
12 Section 2 Rules and Regulations XVIII. Organizations selling products or services at the exhibition will be subject to Utah State Tax Commission regulations. In accordance with the terms, conditions, and regulations governing exhibits, signature of the company representative on the application form represents application for space and agreement to abide by the Show Rules and Regulations set forth in this agreement or as specifically designated by Show Management. Said application, once accepted and space confirmed by Show Management, becomes a contract. Failure to abide by Show Rules and Regulations will result in forfeiture of all monies paid under terms of this agreement. XIX. XX. XXI. Organizations exhibiting at the Annual AIAA/USU Conference on Small Satellites hereby agree to indemnify, protect, defend, and hold harmless the Utah State University Research Foundation and its trustees, officers and agents, employees and students from any and all liability including claims, demands, losses, costs, damages and expenses of every kind and description (including death) or damage to persons or property, including but not resulting, directly or indirectly, from any act or omission of the exhibitor, its agents or employees or on accounts of injuries, death or property damage arising out of activities of the exhibitor as authorized by this agreement, or arising out of its use of exhibitor services and facilities, or arising as the result of any noncompliance with the American Disabilities Act. In accordance with the terms, conditions, and regulations governing exhibits, by checking the agreement box on the online registration form, each organization agrees to abide by the rules and regulations as stated above or as specifically designated by Show Management. Once accepted and space confirmed by Show Management, the registration form becomes a contract. Failure to abide by show rules and regulations will result in forfeiture of all monies paid under terms of this agreement. Show Management reserves the right to cancel any exhibit space at any time for misrepresentation of products displayed or for noncompliance with any of the rules and regulations. 10

Show Design/Display Requirements Carpeting The exhibit lounges and the Walnut room are fully carpeted, while hallway booths have a tiled floor. All display materials should be shipped through or rented from Modern Exposition Services. It is the exhibitor s responsibility to ensure that all exhibit designs, furniture, and other materials comply with ADA requirements, design/display restrictions, and the Show Rules and Regulations printed in this exhibitor kit. Please ensure that all exhibit managers, contracted exhibit designers, and involved parties have fully reviewed these regulations before ordering decorator services or shipping exhibit materials. Any exhibiting organization planning to use a company other than Modern Display Services inside the exhibit hall before, during, or after the show must submit the Exhibitor Designated Contractor form located in the Show Decorator section of this kit. Demonstrations In order to avoid congestion within exhibit lounges and halls, exhibiting organizations must place demonstrations strategically to contain the majority of the crowd within individual exhibit spaces. Noise levels from any demonstrations or sound systems must not interfere with neighboring exhibits. Any demonstration that does not adhere to this policy must be adjusted or will be eliminated. All decisions made by Show Management regarding demonstrations within booths are final. 11
14 Section 4 Marketing and Promotion Section 4 A. Marketing and Promotion Exhibitor Description All exhibiting organizations must submit a 150-word (maximum) description of the organization itself and available products and/or services. This description must be submitted in paragraph form; no special formatting or logos are permitted. Descriptions are due no later than Wednesday, March 31, Descriptions are submitted at on the Exhibit Management webpage. Currently, the USU Research Foundation is a global leader in developing, characterizing, and deploying advanced sensing and imaging systems. The USU Research Foundation s primary areas of expertise are in designing, manufacturing, calibrating, and testing military sensors and data visualization products, as well as Earth and atmospheric measurement sensor systems. In addition, the USU Research Foundation is becoming a prominent player in the renewable and clean energy systems arena. The USU Research Foundation is also making large strides in transformational technologies, such as wireless electric transportation, biofuel production, and systems that can sense room occupancy activity. 12
15 Section 4 Marketing and Promotion B. Marketing Suggestions As is the case with all exhibits, your pre-conference and on-site marketing efforts will enhance your exhibit experience. Prior to the Conference Notify your target customers of your participation in the Conference Utilize Conference participant lists to invite potential attendees to visit your booth (list available upon request) During the Conference Keep the booth staffed at all times Activate a method to record information on your leads C. After the Conference Utilize the Conference participant list for follow-up mailings Exhibitor Giveaways Gifts and giveaways must be professional in nature and should be restricted to your exhibit booth area. Show Management reserves the right to review giveaways and stop distribution of items that are not tasteful. Food Item Giveaways All food giveaways must be approved by Show Management by July 10, Individually packaged food items may be provided by an exhibiting organization. Consumable products that are not individually packaged must be ordered from the facility caterer, USU Catering, (435) Exhibitor Extravaganza Each Conference participant will receive instructions for a game that must be completed to be eligible for a raffle drawing. As an exhibitor, you will provide some type of game piece to participants. You may choose to require attendees to listen to a presentation, leave a business card, fill out a contact information form, etc. Details about this year s Extravaganza game will be provided on-site. Participant List Policy The Participant List is intended to provide Conference participants, exhibitors and attendees alike with the contact information of the organizations and individuals who attended and participated in the Conference. The Participant List may be used by attendees to share information with other participants regarding products, services and professional events that are relevant to the Conference or the Small Satellite Industry. All other uses of the Participant List are strictly prohibited. Specifically, it is not permitted to use the Participant List in any manner that may be considered derogatory, slanderous or damaging to the Conference organizers, sponsors, exhibitors and other participants. 13
16 Section 5 Decorator Services Section 5 A. Decorator Services General Decorator Services Information Modern Exposition Services is the show decorator for the Conference. A complete listing of decorator services, furnishings, and equipment is located in the Modern Exposition Service Kit. To order decorator services, please submit the payment policy form and the applicable order forms to Modern Exposition Services by July 23, All pre-ordered supplies, furnishings, and materials will be in your booth upon your arrival for exhibit set-up. Online Exhibitor Order System from Modern Expo is now available. This will make placing and updating orders more convenient. Modern Expo will send out an to all the confirmed exhibitors informing them of the online option and provide a username and password to access the system. Exhibitors do not have to use the online system and can still place an order by fax. B. Any services and/or supplies ordered on-site are subject to availability. 17 Section 6 Shipping and Drayage Section 6 A. B. Shipping and Drayage General Shipping Information Modern Exposition Services will manage all exhibit shipping and storage. It is imperative that organizations adhere to shipping regulations and deadlines. Sample Mailing Labels All individual boxes or items, regardless of whether they are packed separately, shrinkwrapped, or palletized, must be fully labeled (as shown below). Shipments sent to show site prior to direct shipping dates will be re-routed to the Modern Exposition Services Warehouse. The original sender will be subject to all handling charges. 21 424 South 700 East SHOW SITE WORK RULES EXHIBIT LABOR JURISDICTION To assist you in planning your participation in your Salt Lake City area show, we are certain you will appreciate knowing in advance that union labor will be required for certain aspects of your exhibit handling. Modern Exposition Services utilizes the local stagehand union for exhibit installation and dismantling, material handling, sign hanging and rigging, and installation of display materials, including flooring. The union allows only full-time, permanent employees of the exhibiting company (no temporary or part-time personnel) to work on the installation and dismantling of their own exhibits. These employees must be clearly identifiable and must obtain a work badge from show management. If additional personnel are required, union personnel must be acquired through the official service contractor (MES). Non-union temporary personnel acquired from local temporary agencies will not be allowed to perform any type of work that is covered under the jurisdiction of the stagehand union contract. FREIGHT HANDLING JURISDICTION Modern Exposition Service has been selected by Show Management to oversee and handle all incoming and outgoing exhibit materials, displays and empty crates. It is the responsibility of MES to manage the docks and to schedule vehicles for smooth and efficient move-in and move-out of the exposition. All materials shipped to the exhibit facility by a third-party carrier are the responsibility of MES and are subject to material handling charges. Exhibitors may, upon prior approval from Show Management, deliver and move in and out their own display materials, provided those materials can be carried by the exhibitors employees without the assistance of wheeled dollies, carts, pallet jacks or forklifts. Any materials that cannot be carried by the exhibitor s employees must be moved by union personnel and are subject to material handling and/or labor charges. NOTE: Exhibitors may not borrow MES hand trucks, dollies, flat trucks, pallet jacks or other freight handling equipment. Exhibitors may not bring their own freight handling equipment to unload or load exhibit materials. Cartload service is available. IN GENERAL Union members at all levels will be instructed to refrain from expressing any grievance or directly challenging the practices of any exhibitor. All questions originated by labor are to be expressed only to MES and/or the exhibit manager. Exhibitors are asked to refrain from voicing complaints about labor directly to union personnel. 22 PAYMENT POLICY 424 South 700 East Payment Services Modern Exposition Services (MES) requires payment in full at the time services are ordered. Further, MES requires that you provide a credit card authorization to charge your account for services, which may include labor, material handling, electrical services, booth furnishings, etc. plus any applicable fuel or energy surcharge. Pre-Order Prices To qualify for pre-order pricing, orders must be received with payment in full on or before the pre-order discount price deadline. Method of Payment Modern Exposition Services accepts Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, company check (no personal checks accepted) or bank wire transfer (please call for wire transfer instructions) as acceptable forms of payment. Any bank fees for wire transfers are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Purchase orders are not considered payment. All payments must be made in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank. Exhibitors will be charged a $50.00 fee for each returned NSF check. Tax Exempt If you are tax exempt in the state in which you will be exhibiting, you must provide MES with a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate for that state. Please contact MES for forms and instructions. Taxes vary by location and will be added to your invoices if you do not submit your tax exempt certificate prior to the start of show. Adjustments and Cancellations No adjustments to invoices will be made after the close of the show. Cancellation of service(s) made prior to actual delivery or installation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation of service(s) made after actual delivery or installation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. Collections Fees All balances must be paid in full prior to the close of the event. A fee equal to 2% per month (24 % per annum) will be assessed on any unpaid balance. Client is responsible for any fees, including, but not limited to, collection fees, attorney s fees and court costs, that may be incurred in effort to collect any unpaid balance. Usually, an EDC is contracted to set or supervise the setting of an exhibitor's display. An EDC may not perform any of the following functions: Drayage/Material Handling, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Booth Cleaning, Booth Security, Floral, Telephone, Food & Beverage Service, and Draping and Decorator Labor. However, an EDC may be contacted to supervise the procurement of items listed above. An EDC must provide the following to MES no later than 30 days prior to exhibitor move-in. Requests received later than 30 days prior to exhibitor move-in will be denied. 1) The above form must be filled out completely and returned to MES. 2) EDC must furnish current certificates of insurance naming MES as additional insured for both liability and workers compensation. Liability coverage must be at least $2,000,000 aggregate and $1,000,000 each occurrence. Workers compensation coverage must be at least $1,000,000 aggregate and $500,000 each occurrence. Failure to provide proper insurance documentation will result in EDC being barred from the exhibit hall. 3) EDC must provide payment in full for all services ordered from MES. Please see Payment Policy sheet for more information. The exhibitor is ultimately responsible for any charges incurred by its EDC. Any unpaid charges incurred by an EDC will be collected from the responsible exhibitor prior to the close of the show. 4) EDC must confine its activities to the exhibit space of the contracting exhibitor. No storage areas, service desks, or work facilities will be allowed. 5) EDC may not solicit business on the exhibit floor. 6) Exhibit hall, service and storage areas, and loading docks are under the control of the Official Service Contractor and all activities must be coordinated through MES. 7) MES accepts no responsibility for damage to any exhibitor material under control of the EDC or to material that has been left in public areas such as aisle ways, loading docks, storage or work areas, or hallways. 8) EDC employees must identify themselves to MES personnel and wear appropriate identification badges at all times. Temporary identification badges will be available from the MDS service desk if necessary. 9) EDC and its employees will conduct themselves within the governing show rules as established by the show management or association. 30 ELECTRICAL RULES AND REGULATIONS 424 South 700 East 1) Electrical service is NOT included as part of your booth space rental. The exhibit facility requires that all exhibitors contract with Modern Exposition Service for installation of electrical service and must pay MES a fee for electrical service used on a rate schedule determined by the exhibit facility. Please help us provide you with the best service and avoid possible service issues by ORDERING YOUR ELECTRICAL SERVICE IN ADVANCE. ADVANCE OR- DERS RECEIVE PRIORITY SERVICE. 2) Exhibitors and/or their contractors may NOT make any connection to a permanent facility electrical connection. Any exhibitor making an unauthorized electrical connection will have their electrical service disconnected until such service has been properly ordered and paid for through MES representatives. MES shall not be responsible for any damage, inconvenience or loss of business to exhibitors that have electrical service disconnected due to unauthorized connection or for failure to pay for electrical service. 3) Exhibitors may not share electrical connections with neighboring exhibitors 4) Exhibitors may not make connection to extension cords or other power supplies provided for the use of neighboring exhibitors. 5) Materials provided for electrical service (cords, cables, plug strips, distribution equipment, etc.) are the property of Modern Exposition Service and are not to be moved, altered or removed from the booth space by exhibitors or their contractors. Any material or equipment that is missing from the booth space at the close of the show will be billed to the exhibitor of record at full replacement cost as determined by MES. 6) Modern Exposition Service is not responsible for fluctuations in delivered power or interruptions in electrical service due to circumstances beyond its control such as facility power supply issues, power outages, brown-outs, etc. 7) Modern Exposition Service is not responsible for damage to equipment or display materials resulting from failure to order adequate power to properly operate such equipment or display material. Please check to make sure that you understand your power needs and order enough electricity to adequately power those needs. 8) Electrical rates include providing power to a single location within the booth space. For in-line and peninsula booths, service is provided to the back center of the booth. For island booths, service is provided to a single location within the booth. Custom service drops are available for an additional fee. Electrical charges are based upon wattage/amperage, regardless of the amount of time used. If the exhibitor is found using electricity that has not been ordered, or found using more than was ordered, the exhibitor will be charged accordingly. 9) Electrical rates do not include connection of exhibitor equipment or display material to electrical service drop. They will be returned to you as quickly as possible following the close of the show. Depending on the size of the show, it can take between two and twelve hours to return all empty containers. Please plan accordingly. Labels are available from the MES Exhibitor Service Desk on show site. Do not store any materials or valuables in containers marked "empty." MES has no liability for items sent to empty storage in crates. Empty crate storage should not be considered secure storage.
