1 Fulton County Board of Commissioners Agenda Item Summary BOC Meeting 6/17/2015 Requesting Agency Commission Districts Affected Library, Arts and Culture All Districts Requested Action (Identify appropriate Action or Motion, purpose, cost, timeframe, etc) Request approval to award contract without competition Atlanta-Fulton Public Library System, sole source solicitation for GED Testing Services, a revenue generating contract with estimated annual revenue in the amount of $8,200 Pearson Vue (Bloomington, MN) to perform Computerized GED Testing upon BOC approval through December 31, 2020 Requirement for Board Action (Cite specific Board policy, statute or code requirement) In accordance with Purchasing Code Section , after conducting a good faith review, and the Purchasing Department has determined that there is only one source available for the required supply, service, or construction item, the request shall be forwarded to the Board of Commissioners for approval Is this Item Goal Related?
