Documentation of walk-through/integral observations for all administrators and/or additional observers may be used in assessing the educator s performance. The integral classroom observation, reflection and observation conference should be held between the mentor and the teacher prior to the administrator s integral classroom observation. Documentation of integral classroom observations for mentors may not be used in assessing the educator s performance. Mentor/Induction Contract 2 Observer observations are for support and assistance. Mentor s/observer s/certified Designee Integral Observation #1(PD4) conducted using the ADEPT for School Guidance Counselors instrument Providing guidance and *counseling services The observation period for mentors is December 3, 2013 January 16, Induction School Guidance Counselor submits a reflection to the mentor/observer within 7 days. The mentor/observer should provide formative feedback on the observation and reflection.
