REQUEST FOR QUOTATION "Combined Central Solution for RFID based Asset Tracking System, RFID based Theft Prevention System & RFID based Access Control System" Scope: SIIC, lit Kanpur, invites RFQ from vendors for installation and Implementation of a web based RFID based Asset Tracking System, RFID based Theft Prevention System & RFID based Access Control System. The objective of the system is to provide a centralized Inventory tracking and Monitoring that is accessible within the facility across. The system should use RFID monitor and locate Assets. Give access? To authenticated person to take the asset outside of facility. All the Inventory and Assets including metal and non-metal items will be tagged with RFID tags. Scanning gantry readers to be installed in each door, main entry and exit locations to scan movement of assets. The camera system should give an image I short video frame for the unauthorized move out of the premises. Also RFID enabled hand-held readers to be used for location scanning and auditing the assets. All the movements and master data to be maintained and accessible in a web based system that is accessible to SIIC, lit Kanpur employees only. The system should be easy to operate and scalable for future expansion into other centers. If quotations for ex-godown delivery charges should be indicated separately. 3 Firms outside Kanpur or Uttar Pradesh: Quotations should be for F.O.R. Kanpur. If F.O.R. consignor station, freight charges by passenger train I lorry transport must be indicated. If ex-godown, packing, forwarding and freight charges must be indicated. 4 The firms are requested to give detailed description and specifications together with detailed drawings, printed leaflets, and literature of the article quoted. 5 The name of the manufacturers and country of manufacturer should be clearly stated. In the absence of these particulars the quotation is liable, to be rejected. 6 Your quotation should contain Authorization Letter from manufacturer. 7 All manufacturers/agents must submit the compliance sheet (any deviation must be clearly mentioned) 8 The quotation should include training for two persons at SIIC, lit Kanpur within two months of installation and commissioning of the equipment. Local 24X7 service and support office is preferred. 9 Made in India, hardware & software product will be given preference. 20 Comprehensive AMC for 5 years need to be provided along with the quote. 2 SIIC, lit Kanpur has the right to accept the whole or any part of the tender or portion of the quantity offered or reject it in full without assigning any reason. Eligibility Criteria (B):. The company should register in India minimum from last 5, Certificate of Incorporation need to be provided. 2. The company should be profit making any 3 years from the date of incorporation. Chartered Accountant's Certificate to be enclosed. 3 Should have deployed RFID Systems. 4 The vendor should have executed at least one single RFID project using UHF technology worth a minimum of Rs.SO lakhs (fifty lakhs only) and above (Proof of purchase order and proof of successful completion of the project to be submitted to our office). 5 The vendor should have executed at least three single RFID project using UHF technology worth a minimum of Rs.20 lakhs (fifty lakhs only) and above (Proof of purchase order and proof of successful completion of the project to be submitted to our office). 6. The vendor should have provided at least 0 lakhs units of tags till date. 7 The company should able to show the software as demo, if required during the evaluations.
