3 RMIP Changes Implemented July 1, 2012 Changes: Elimination of Medicare Part B discount Reduction of Medicare Part A discount to $0 Full reimbursement of Medicare Part B premium, including: Standard Medicare Part B premium Income Related Monthly Adjustment Amount (IRMAA) Elimination of Medicare Savings (effective January 1, 2013) Implementation: Standard Medicare B premium reimbursement (July 2012) Process for IRMAA reimbursement in development more information on process coming soon Retiree Plan 1 clams will continue Coordination of Benefit with Medicare, but the annual Medicare Savings will no longer apply to medical claims as of January 1,

5 RMIP Plan Changes for 2013 Increase physical/occupational/speech therapy benefits to 60 visits per member per condition per calendar year without review for medical necessity. Visits in excess of 60 will be reviewed for medical necessity. Should alleviate member issues with physical therapy benefits. Expand in-network preventive services paid at 100%: Mainly address pre-natal care and post-delivery services and birth control Also includes screening and counseling services for interpersonal and domestic violence Consistent with U.S. health care reform requirements 5
