2 Our templates are designed with the user in mind. To increase visibility, we color- coded the appointment statuses. To reduce confusion, we ve added special intervals between appointments and clearly marked breaks to elucidate scheduling conflicts. Day, week, and month views fit into mulauser views for ease of comparison and appointment transfer. Not only has a user friendly and a familiar look and feel of MicrosoE outlook but has a lot more funcaonality. The appointment slots are color coded for different statuses such as unconfirmed, confirmed, checked- in, checked- out, and cancelled and missed. Breaks are cleared marked to avoid overlapping with scheduled appointments. Blocks of Appointments are reserved for making appointments with special intervals. Day, week, month views show how busy the work schedule is. MulAuser views help not only compare the schedules but also to move appointments across the users.

4 The WriteMD PMS can be configured as a standalone product or can be integrated with WriteMD EHR seamlessly It includes a user friendly scheduler which not only has a look and feel of MicrosoE outlook but has a lot more funcaonality. The billing process is simplified with automaaon of tasks from scheduling a batch of claims to prinang on HCFA 1500 forms or sending electronically to the appropriate insurances primary, secondary, teraary via clearing house, or print statements to the paaent.
