3 INTRODUCTION Pursuant to the provisions of section 3(3) of the Members of Parliament (Register of Interests) Act, 1983, every Member is required on or within sixty days after 30 June, to submit to the Registrar an Ordinary Return. The Ordinary Return required by section 3(3) was prescribed by the Second Schedule to the Members of Parliament (Register of Interests) Act Regulations, 1993, and requires Members to register their interests by providing information under specific classifications. The statement which follows records interests registered by Members of the House of Assembly as at 30 June 2015, together with any changes subsequently notified to the Registrar.
