2 Ninja Prospecting Tips Lets get right to it I m about to reveal my 2 favorite niches to use these ninja prospecting tips with
3 My Two Favorite Niches Lawyers Physicians, including, Plastic Surgeons, Heart Surgeons, Neurosurgeons, Etc.
4 Why? There are generally 2 to 3 reasons why these are my favorite niches.
5 1 st Reason First, these prospects have high-ticket, high lifetime customer value. This means each lead is worth a lot more than say a pizza place. Therefore, it s easy to quote and earn higher fees, which means I can earn more by working less, the ultimate goal!
6 2 nd Reason Second In the old days (not that long ago), it could be extremely difficult to get past the gatekeeper. However, now it can actually be a lot easier IF you know what you re doing (which I m going to reveal to you now).
7 For Lawyers/Law Firms While most local/offline marketing courses try to tell you to do all these crazy things to get past a gatekeeper, when it comes to attorneys, it can actually be VERY easy to get in front of the right person, especially when ing. Here s why:
8 For Lawyers/Law Firms First, a VAST MAJORITY of attorneys open their own these days, making it easy to get your to them, especially if you have a compelling subject line For law firms with 5+ attorneys, they will generally have a managing attorney, who is the firm s business person & where many business decisions get made, with or w/out a partner vote For larger firms (around attorneys and above), they will have a Firm Administrator and/or actual Marketing Dept. with a Marketing Manager
9 For Lawyers/Law Firms To get your message in front of the right person, follow the preceding guidelines. To find: Managing Partner Review website to see if you can find out who it is. Find their and send Firm Administrator/Marketing Dept./Marketing Director Review website to see if you can determine if they have one or more of these positions or department.
10 For Lawyers/Law Firms When in doubt, do the EASIEST and FASTEST thing Pick up the phone, call the law firm and ask who you should be sending marketing information to at the law firm.
11 For Physicians/Surgeons/Etc. Several sub-niches within the Physician/Doctor niche can be a ton easier to instantly get your , direct mail, video, etc. in front of the right person, provided that you know how ;-)

15 For Physicians/Surgeons/Etc. Because even though marketing is now apart of their job description, a vast majority have NO CLUE how to do online marketing; they (and their boss physician only know they NEED to be doing online marketing and advertising, which is why you may find many office managers actually willing to talk to you, read and respond to your s, answer your telephone call, etc.
16 For Physicians/Surgeons/Etc. To quickly find/get a physician s office Office Manager s address, call the practice s main phone number and ask the receptionist It s REALLY that easy!
17 Local/Offline Marketing Prospecting While I believe local marketing is, by far, the FASTEST and EASIEST way to replacing a fulltime income and more, prospecting can be very time-consuming
18 Local/Offline Marketing Prospecting And to be successful, you really need to initially devote AT LEAST 40-50%+ of your time to prospecting as you ALWAYS need to keep your marketing prospecting funnel full with prospects. Otherwise, if you stop, so does the growth of your practice, your income and, over time, it could spell imminent doom for your marketing agency.
19 Local/Offline Marketing Prospecting Historically (and now), the BIGGEST challenge for local marketers is having enough time in the day to prospect effectively and efficiently, which MOST do not do either.
