Locust Ave Ste. 117 Fresno, CA Business: (559) Fax: (559) Website: Contract Highlights Amerinet has negotiated a highly competitive Agreement with, a nationally recognized and trusted Healthcare Business Advisory Firm to provide Amerinet Members with access to M*D Resources robust portfolio of Best of Class Resources and Solution Offerings provided by M*D Resources Authorized Service Partners. Through this Agreement, Amerinet s Members gain access to M*D Resources experienced team of trusted Business Advisors and comprehensive suite of cost effective clinical and financial IT Resources and Solution Offerings. Preferred Discounted Pricing has been made available for Amerinet Members for all products and services offered under this contract. Products Through this contract, Amerinet members have access to products and services from the following M*D Resources Authorized Service Partners ( M*D Resources ): Phoenix Health Systems, Inc. IT outsourcing consulting and technology solutions Medsphere Systems Corporation OpenVista EHR software solution Tech-Time, Inc. Affordable and effective Hospital Information Systems (HIS) to Rural Healthcare Providers and Critical Access Facilities Product Benefits M*D Resources and its Authorized Service Partners provide Amerinet Members with the high-tech solutions needed to support the high quality cost effective care delivery environment that is both needed and demanded by patients, physicians, payers and healthcare care-givers. Under this contract the following products and services are available. Phoenix Health Systems, Inc.: Phoenix is an integrated services company that has been providing consulting and technology solutions to hospitals for over two decades. These services encompass all aspects of the Information Technology (IT) needs of a hospital. IT Outsourcing and Services: Phoenix provides complete outsourcing and discrete services in all areas of hospital technology needs. These services are provided both onsite within the hospital and remotely from a Phoenix Leveraged Service Center (LSC), and include: Application implementation, support and maintenance Server and Network Engineering and Monitoring 24 x 7 Help Desk Desktop and End User Device Management Security and Technology Auditing Technology Leadership Page 1

2 Total IT Solution: Phoenix provides a complete, integrated IT solution for hospitals establishing and managing an IT environment required to support the current and emerging needs of any provider organization. This solution provides all of the services listed above, including the hardware, software and implementation services required to implement a Medsphere Electronic Medical Record and achieve Meaningful Use. Phoenix provides all onsite and remote services and also provides leadership and strategic oversight to the IT function. This solution requires no capital payment up front. While this service can be implemented at a hospital of any size, it has been tailored and developed to be implemented rapidly in hospitals Under 100 Beds. Discrete IT Services: All of Phoenix service solutions can be unbundled to create a customized service for a hospital of any size. Phoenix can provide these services onsite within the hospital, or from a remote LSC. Consulting Services: Phoenix offers many services as project-based and short term in nature. Phoenix can help any organization assess, plan or remediate any technical environment in preparation for any business objective. These capabilities include: Security and Privacy Assessments (HIPAA / HITECH) System Selection Clinical Workflow Assessments Project Management Interim IT Leadership Medsphere Systems Corporation: Medsphere bolsters the patient care process for hospitals via a suite of services oriented around OpenVista, an EHR derived from the VA s proven VistA system that was the first commercially implemented open-source software application for management of the clinical care cycle. Implementation/Training: Medsphere provides a ready-to-go implementation model that enables all new customers to take advantage of the successful customer deployments that have preceded them. In this way, Medsphere is able to reduce the project implementation timeline and increase the time-to-value. Typical implementation is anywhere from 6-9 months depending on the size of the customer. Development: Medsphere s expert development team continues to improve OpenVista according to changes required by best practices and feedback from its users. Changes that are broadly appealing are incorporated into the product roadmap and receive attention based on priority and market demand. Support: Medsphere provides 24/7 x 365 support for all clients that have a service agreement with the company. Clients can report a problem by calling a designated hot-line or by . The Medsphere web site allows users to review previous discussions for relevant information and post questions to which Medsphere personnel and users can respond. Clinical Transformation: Medsphere is amassing a significant data store of clinical content which is being used to benchmark best practices at the point of care to improve quality and decrease costs. Medsphere also builds an at-risk value proposition into contractual agreements by structuring a significant percentage of potential revenue on Medsphere s ability to bring a client organization operational in time to realize meaningful use and maximize access to federal stimulus funds. Tech-Time, Inc.: Tech-time provides affordable and effective Hospital Information Solutions to rural Healthcare Providers and Critical Access Facilities. Tech-Time's corporate focus is the rural healthcare environment. Tech-Time s Services are designed specifically to address the unique needs of small and or rural hospitals, as well as their associated nursing home, home health, and clinic facilities. Current installations range in size from critical access hospitals to hospitals with 100 licensed beds. Services: Tech-Time provides the following services: Clinical Services Electronic Health Records Order Entry and Results Retrieval Medication Verification/Pharmacy Laboratory Information System Radiology Dietary Home Health Nurses Notes Financial Services General Ledger Accounts Payable Page 2

3 Billing/Accounts Receivable Fixed Assets Time and Materials Payroll Barcode Inventory Patient Accounting Services Patient ADT Insurance Processing and Billing Resource Scheduler Patient Bar Code Identification Contract Benefits Through the Amerinet/M*D Resources Agreement Amerinet Members will receive preferred pricing for all product and service solution offerings. The range of discounts is from 3% to 10%, based upon the scope and nature the custom configured solution offering. Educational Webinars and free Impact Assessments are available to Amerinet Members. Maximize Savings Amerinet Members need to provide Amerinet with a fully completed Group Designation Form (GDF) which will be submitted to M*D Resources for acceptance and follow up. Contract Access Eligible Facilities Clinic, Hospital, Integrated Delivery Network, Long Term Care/Extended Care, Surgery Center Geographic Service Area Available Nationwide, including Hawaii and Alaska. Forms Required Amerinet requires a Group Designation Form (GDF) to be filled out. Servicing Partners may require additional forms to be completed prior to providing products and/or services. Access Criteria None Payment Terms Payment terms are flexible and will be provided on a case by case basis with the respective Authorized Service Partner.
