1 Colorado Low Cost/Medicaid Dentists with Accessibility Options MEDICAID DENTAL COVERAGE INFORMATION: Call (303) to assist Medicaid patients to find a Medicaid provider BIRTH TO 20 YEARS OF AGE who are enrolled in Medicaid are eligible for preventive, restorative and oral surgery procedures. 21 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER are eligible for very limited emergency treatment for oral surgery procedures (see next page). MEDICARE DENTAL COVERAGE INFORMATION: (888) / Medicare doesn t cover routine dental care or most dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, tooth extractions, dentures, dental plates or other dental devices. Medicare Part A will pay for certain dental services when you re in a hospital if you need to have emergency or complicated dental procedures. There are several plans under Medicare, so it s best for callers to inquire about their specific benefits by calling their Medicare office.
