3 S.A.R.A. Rides.. Mission is to coordinate and expand new and existing transportation services within Yuma County and its surrounding areas in a safe, affordable, reliable and accessible manner. This will be done through a centralized one-call-one-click call center, that will provide one number and a website to access several transportation providers with ability to book trips online It is an affordable alternative to access services in one location, for those living in the urban and rural areas of Yuma County.

9 Mobility Management SARA Rides is a mobility management effort, STS utilizes ADOT funding in conjunction with YMPO for the coordinated efforts in the region. The Mobility Manager ensures that human Services transportation coordination aims to improve transportation services for persons with disabilities, seniors, and individuals with lower incomes in addition to educating the general public by, ensuring that communities coordinate transportation resources through multiple federal programs. Mobility Management consists of short-range planning, management activities and projects for improving coordination among public transportation and other transportation service providers with the intent of expanding the availability of services. Promotes the enhancement and facilitation of access to transportation services, including the integration and coordination of services. Supports state and local coordination planning and policy bodies such as regional partnering agencies and funding partners.

Produce Regional Mobility Guide Create and update coordination plan Certify callers as eligible for various transit programs, i.e. 5300, etc Seek funding and help find solutions to unique transportation challenges. Track and document unmet needs
11 Mobility Management/SARA Rides Strategies With SARA Rides, focus changes from routes and groups to individuals, destinations, and quality of life. The key is to adapt Mobility Management strategies into the system to maintain its funding and sustainability. Its success consists of promoting the enhancement and facilitation of access to transportation services across the region. Travel training information for those needing assistance with accessing public transportation. Travel Training is by YCIPTA.
