2 PERSONAL INJURY ASSESSMENT BOARD: We strongly advise you not to go before this Board without legal representation. This Board has been set up to deal with persons who have suffered injury and where the Defendants accept responsibility for the accident. Under recent Legislation, it is essential to notify the Defendants by registered post or by a letter delivered by hand of the accident. 4 TRIP AND FALL ACCIDENTS If you fall and suffer an injury, be it on the footpath, roadway, supermarket or otherwise where you suffer an injury as a result, you are entitled to pursue a claim for Personal Injury.
