Teachers & Employees are responsible to be dressed in a neat, clean, soberly and smart official attire during the office/school hours or as per the requirement and nature of the job. Your dress code is your outlook which represents your personality well being and grooming therefore special care is required in the selection of your school/office attire. A teacher must present a dignified and graceful outlook at all times.
Y E A R S USE OF MOBILE PHONE & WIFI POLICY As per the RMS school policy use of mobile phones, smart phones and any telephony device is forbidden by the students and teachers during the school teaching hours at all times. Teachers and students are strictly forbidden from carrying mobile phones, smart phones and any telephony device to the classes and using them during school timings. The Government of Pakistan through a notification has banned the use of mobile phones in schools and colleges.
Y E A R S NO HOME TUITION POLICY As per the RMS school policy and home school agreement, no teacher working full time or part time in the school/college, probationary status or as a regular full time teacher and drawing salary and benefits from the school/college is NOT allowed to give home tuitions to the Roots Millennium Schools students at home or anywhere outside the school/college premises.
Y E A R S CONFIDENTIALITY CODE OF CONDUCT Roots Millennium Schools Employee Code of Conduct sets out the standards which all employees must adhere to. All teachers have to adhere to the school code of conduct in which the teacher has to act as a role model and be the greatest source of inspiration for the students thus he/she has to be an ideal personality with high moral values. No teacher is allowed to physically punish the child, which is against the laws of pakistan.
Y E A R S PERSONAL INJURY & LIABILITY POLICY In case of an employee injury, accident or death while at school, work or travelling while performing their contractual employment responsibilities and obligations, the management of Roots Millennium Schools shall bear no personal, legal or financial liability and shall not be held responsible for any such injury, accident or death.
Y E A R S UPDATION OF PERSONAL FILES POLICY It is the requirement of RMS DHRM that the personal data in respect of all employees of RMS has to be kept updated, current and accurate. Therefore, it is the personal responsibility of every employee at all levels to keep DHRM updated regarding his/her personal information and changes thereof after his/her last updation in the record. Any changes occurred in name, home address (permanent/temporary), ID, CNIC validation date, mobile & landline numbers, next of kin, marital status, number of dependents (increase/decrease), enhancement of education, experience or any other pertinent information must promptly be notified to DHRM.
Y E A R S EMPLOYEE PUNCTUALITY POLICY A good, professional and disciplined employee is the one who is punctual and adhere to the officially announced timings of the school/college/branch/campus/organization/offices he/she is employed with as per Millennium Staff and Teachers Handbook. All employees of RMS are required to be in their respective place of duty including RMS RO/HO/School/Branch/Campus/College or any other setup being run under the flagship of RMS well before the start of the office/school/college timings. Late comings will not be tolerated and all teachers will be subject to the RMS Duty Teacher ROTA and responsibility on weekly basis.
Y E A R S NO SMOKING POLICY A No Smoking Policy shall prevail in all of the RMS premises and within its owned or leased vehicles. It is the responsibility of the BH/HM/Principal/HODs and all Senior Management to enforce No Smoking Policy at all time. As a globally responsible school we recognize the hazards caused by exposure to environment by tobacco smoke, as well as the life-threatening diseases linked to the use of all forms of tobacco, it is our policy to provide a tobacco-free environment for all students, employees and visitors. This policy covers the smoking of any tobacco product and the use of oral tobacco products or spit tobacco, and it applies to both teachers/employees and non-employee visitors of RMS.
Y E A R S EMPLOYEE ATTENDANCE POLICY All HODs/BH/HM/Principal will keep a record of employee punctuality through attendance register maintained by the school manager or online attendance procedure. If an employee is frequently late without any acceptable reason, the HODs/BH/HM/Principal will intimate the DHRM about the frequency of such repeated occurrences and any intended action to be taken as corrective disciplinary action. RMS views attendance as one of the most important facets of the job performance review.
Y E A R S OUR 25 YEARS LEGACY As we reach 25 years of academic excellence - one quarter of a century, Roots Millennium Schools today is synonymous with 'academic excellence', 'student achievement', 'social entrepreneurship', 'opportunity' and 'discovery' for students, parents, teachers and community. Students who study here are passionate about their subjects, qualifications and are dedicated to expanding their knowledge of the world around them. In the sphere of college education, Roots Millennium Schools remains a place that dares to be a little different. It is our academic focus and personal attention to each and every student that makes us distinct.
st 21 Century Millennial UN Values Policy Y E A R S The values that are broadly shared at Roots Millennium Schools are not just practiced thoroughly but they also outline the framework within which the school strives for excellence in achieving its goals through the School Development Plan. Students, staff members and employees are engaged intellectually, motivated to achieve great results, act with integrity, respect others and take responsibility for their actions and thus play a helping role in building an environment of mutual growth within and outside the school community. Roots Millennium Schools is the only school to implement United Nations action days as part of school curriculum and are committed to the 21st century United Nations four pillars of education; 1. Learning to know 2. Learning to be 3. Learning to do 4.
