Adding New RN e-visit capability addition to our 24/7 telephone nurse advice line, your employees have 24/7 access to online medical consultations with our Advice Call Center Registered Nurses. This new feature is available within our secure patient portal on kp.org. TIME-SAVING ALTERNATIVES TO OFFICE VISITS IN Q1 2015: 442,433 Kaiser Permanente Colorado members were seen in an office visit. 317,595 members accessed care through secure consultations. 79,806 members took advantage of telephone consultations with their primary care providers.
