19 E.I.D.S. Principles Course package Provide a course package to develop generic competencies Support local teams of collaborating teachers to deliver the course package. All course packages should be delivered through an agreed common language Establish local communities of doctoral candidates to encourage networking and peer support Prepare doctoral candidates for collaboration between the university and an external partner Mobility Establish and promote doctoral candidate exchanges within E.I.D.S. Establish and promote a common approach to the delivery of training that is harmonized across the partners Coordinate work-shops for all doctoral candidates to communicate their projects and discuss research issues
20 E.I.D.S. Principles Contract Make sure that a contract is signed by all engaged partners before the start of the graduate studies. The contract should regulate duties, finances, responsibilities and IP rights of all parties Funding Further affirm EIDS value by requiring external partners to co-fund the research project. The aim is to reach 50 % in co-funding from external partners
