22 Migration concerns Bandwidth, Full HD (1080p) requires 4.95Gbps (1.65 Gbps, per colour). That means Gigabit isn't enough to allow HDMI uncompressed Battles between the IT and the AV folks IT wins: Compress the signal small enough to fit into 1Gbps AV wins Send the original high definition signal
